I purchased a new Hikvision Speed Dome camera (DS-2DE4425IW-DE T5) from A1Security. The camera appeared to work correctly but was missing the Motion Detection feature as was advertised in the Hikvision specifications for this camera.
For this issue I contacted Hikvision USA directly. Their troubleshooting indicated that the camera was OK and that I needed to contact a system integrator or installer to help set up the camera. Hikvision indicated that the camera firmware was in suspect but was out of scope for Hikvision End User support, so I contacted A1Security Customer Service.
A1Security immediately put me in touch with their Customer Service Manager (Cane). He quickly narrowed down the type of problem and elevated the issue to Troy, which was one of their highly trained support engineers.
Troy quickly identified the manufacturer’s error in shipping the camera with the incorrect firmware version and loaded up the correct version of the firmware which included motion detection as it was supposed to have.
I am extremely happy with A1Security. As I add to my network video system, they will be my company of choice.

Our Homeowners Association in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas, Texas hired A1 Security Cameras to select and install high-quality security cameras on our HOA property—providing a video perimeter that captures images of all persons entering or leaving our property (much higher quality images and night vision than Ring or Nest doorbell cameras, for example). From my first contact with Matt Hodge at A1, he provided excellent customer service by responding promptly and setting up an on-site inspection to determine our security camera needs.
With 17 units in three buildings, our security camera installation project was not a small one. A1 started the job promptly, completed it timely, and did excellent work. Any time there was a challenge—such as coordinating with other service providers (electrician, high speed internet provider), Matt Hodge didn't hesitate to take the lead on it, ensuring a successful and stress-free project for our HOA.
After our project was complete, our HOA realized we needed to move some of the wiring conduit from a fence to the back side of the buildings. Once again, Matt provided excellent customer service with his can-do attitude and promptly scheduled the work for completion.
