AAA Alarms and Fire Protection

AAA installed a UL burglar alarm and high definition cameras for me. From sales to installation, everything was excellent! Highly recommend!

We installed a new business alarm system for security with AAA Alarms and it has worked out very well. We now get a call from AAA Alarms central monitoring station and can view our cameras they installed from our smartphones and home computers to see what is happening at the office, and avoid a false alarm dispatch and bother the police dapartment.

We did have an employee cause a false alarm due to him being new, and not properly entering his code in to the keypad, but thanks to the remote control feature of the alarm system, I was able to verify who was in the building causing the alarm through my smartphone camera view, and then proceed to disarm the alarm also through my smartphone. What a great feature to have! AAA Alarms custom designed the system to our specific business needs and it works perfectly. Highly recommend.

False alarm 09/17 cannot shut off cannot reach anyone at the office durring normal business hours and the alarm monitoring company cannot tell me how to shut it off. very poor customer service for the first time used after paying 40/month for a year and never using it.

Talk about complete SECURITY! AAA Alarms installs total security solutions that now only gave us a lock down system for our doors, but installed a total glass protection system that resists bullets and breakins! Finally true affordable piece of mind for our soft target school. Securing the entry vestibule with bullet resistance, man trapping our entryway with electronic locks and allowing teachers and school administrators and students through the main entrance using id badge cards and card readers, we finally feel safe!

We run a chemical transfer facility that is on government terrorist target list, dispensing the likes of chlorine, acids and other dangerous chemicals. We receive chemicals in bulk via container ship, or trucking, off loading and storage at our facility and dispensing into customer sized containers for local distribution. Being a mostly outdoor operation, conventional alarm type systems would not be practical due to false alarm issues.

We called upon the experts at AAA Alarms to design a system to monitor our facility. Since we are too small to support a 24hr security guard, we were counting on an electronic security solution from AAA. AAA Alarms designed a remotely Monitored Video Security system that THEY monitor from their Central monitoring station 24 HRs a DAY! The system consists of sophisticated outdoor and indoor high definition video cameras that automatically analyze movements to determine if it is human, crossing a perimeter in one direction, looks for regional intrusion from vehicles and persons and more.

In addition to security alarms, the system also counts the number of vehicles and persons that enter / exit the facility, and provides for AAA central station to conduct periodic guard tours. We receive alarm video clips to our personnel smart phones at the same time AAA Central personnel are reviewing the alarm tripped video to determine if police presence should be requested based on live video feed. This service is invaluable and costs a fraction of 24hr on site security guards, and never falls asleep!

AAA Alarms installed a fantastic CCTV Video Security system that utilizes High Definition Cameras that they can watch back at there central station in the event of a hold up alarm at our convenience store.
