I had ABS Alarm for several years is a good company the only thing I didn't like was when I cancel my service I called I was referred to send an email that's the way it works upon cancellation, I did It I emailed them with my request month later I get a email saying in order to finished your cancellation you need to call us I was like whattttt make no sense anyway is a good company and by the way I switch to ring way cheaper

Doug and his staff provide such great service. Whenever we have questions or the occasional issue or upgrade need, Doug responds promptly and resolves the issue. The level professionalism and experience builds upon the trust and I have no desire to use another service. I love that they provide the latest technology and features. Excellent customer service!

Doug and his crew came to the rescue for our business again when a contractor cut through our door security wires. Knowing who is going to show up when you call is such a nice feeling. Let me start off by saying I'm a small business owner Doug and his entire crew go above and beyond from the quality of service to the products they provide you is top notch. I had ABS Alarm install a security system in my house and my business and cannot be happier I used to have Bay alarm and ADT security and neither one of these measure up to the quality service the ABS alarm and their crew offers. I can highly recommend them to any my family and friends. Doug and Conner are the real deal.

Doug and crew came out and my alarm system was up in one day! No issues, easy to use, and employees all have their own codes. Professional and cleaned up after themselves (if they had a mess, I didn't see one thing). They even had to deal with my nosy landlord and still were professional! Thanks ABS

We have been with ABS Alarm co for about 4 years now. I just love Doug and Janet and their WONDERFUL staff. When I have to call they are so helpful and understanding with us OLD people. They always have the answers and also introduce us to new items like auto pay from our account, which I'm setting up today. We have been ABS customers for 15 years, this review is long overdue. What do you need in an alarm company? Integrity and quality service. Of course, there is always price. When we signed up with ABS years back they were already the "go to" alarm company in Tracy, even back then. The great thing was being able to work with or speak to the owners of the company.
And little has changed. Even as they have grown, the owners, Doug and Janet, remain hands-on. It helps that they gave me a very good no contract price for ongoing monitoring. You can't go wrong choosing ABS Alarm in Tracy.
