Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc. not only operates its service policy on a 24-7 basis, but also on a multi-year Extended Maintenance Contract basis. During a traditional customer warranty period, any AIS customer may sign an extended maintenance contract. Generally, this solidifies the contract term, items covered, labor and other considerations.
At Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc., your security is our business - and that includes your security's reliability, strength, and support. 24-7 support is a huge part of this business for us. Our policy from the very beginning has been to provide each and every AIS customer with support that suits their system, business, and budget.
In addition to our classic customer service support solutions, Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc., provides customers the option of warranted services and products. AIS will provide 90 days of on-site labor (365 days for government customers) at no charge to the customer. After this service package expires, we will continue the manufacturers' hardware warranty to the full extent of its stipulations, adding on only AIS at-incident labor rates.
