Cancelled my service at the end of my contract. Notified the alarm company the preceding month of my intentions. On 10 Dec they took the monthly payment out of my checking account. Called them and was told I would get a refund in 2 to 3 business days. 12 business days later the refund has not been issued. Called them on 30 Dec and was told my service was cancelled but they could or rather would not give me the status of the refund. Very rude and evasive in their responses to my questions.

Saddened by this company. I would rate customer service at a big ZERO. Don't waste your time trying to work with this company. I had to pay for more than a year of service that I couldn't use.

Can't find anything remotely good to say about AFS. They are staffed by some incredible apathetic, unfriendly and generally unhelpful people. Why such unpleasant and evidently unhappy people are continuing to work at a business that is so mired in incompetence and ill repute is beyond me. You will not find an above one-star rating for them online.

This is by far the worst alarm company to deal for service. We moved and canceled our service at old house. Started using someone else that had a better deal at the new house. Four months later I get a bill stating I owed them for services. Long story short, after e-mail, phone call to costumer service and a letter they still did not cancel my account.

So today I get a letter stating that I still owe them for back services, even tho they received and cashed a check for back services. Then I received a bill for March service, this is February. Called costumer serviced again, they said my account was canceled but I still owed for March service. Then the guy I was talking to about this just hung up on me. Tried to call back, but had to leave all my info and someone someday will get back to me when they fell like it. I will never again use this company or anyone affiliated with them. If I could give no starts I would. I will follow up with another review if and when they call back.

They took over my contract from MH Integrated. If I had issues never sent a tech to fix. So no monitoring and they still charged me. Wouldn't allow cancellation contract for non performance. Wouldn't return phone calls or email to find a solution.

They held me accountable to a contract that was signed by my ex-husband 20 years ago. I paid what I owed in full, but I would not recommend them at all. They were not very understanding or helpful.

This is the most frustrating company to deal with. I cancelled my service with them the end of February 2017, spoke to the supervisor twice and they are still sending me invoices to pay. I sent them an email as requested by the supervisor and yet again I have received another invoice. How is it that a company like this stays in business! If I could they would not even get a one star - I think that is too generous :-.

I would give them a zero if possible. The service is worthless. Alarms were not being answered or we received call backs up to 5 minutes after the alarm set off. When we cancelled the service, they claimed that we owed for the rest of the contract year. How can you collect for a service that you did not provide? Now it's in dispute with a collection agency!
