If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with (and we work with a lot of vendors). Not only are they extremally arrogant but they can NEVER get the job done. EVER. They are a WASTE of time and money. The operations manager Robbie (who's also the owners son) is a nightmare, which honestly explains why the rest of his crew is incompetent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The fact that they have their own employees (Debra Wolf for example) giving reviews to up their overall score should tell you something. If you're looking for an alarm company do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I would rate there customer support zero if I could. I am customer, and when they sent me a bill, and sent them check which they cashed and then charged my credit card the same amount. When I saw this I called them, and they refuse to credit my credit card, and told me they will send me a check. I am still waiting for the $256.55, and every time I call they say they sending it. It's now 2 months don't you think that would enough time to send a check! I know the mail is slow, but after 2 months of asking time to call the credit card company.

I ordered service to be installed and nobody shows up. I call every extension and you get a voice message. What ever happened to the time when an actual person just answered the phone? I will not do business with any company that has no customer service. Mark King Boca Pointe

They took over for Mellon Security. So far not so good. Had a problem with one of the doors and scheduled a date and time to fix. They never showed up or called. Had to call them to schedule again. We'll see how things go to determine if we use renew the contract in the fall.

Absolutely the WORST customer service! The automatic phone system throws you in circles, IF you finally get to a real person, they are rude and unhelpful. One person said they'd call me back (after having to ask someone else the answer to my question) and never got a call back. Do not use this company.

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Sales and office staff helpful and informative. Service tech was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with operating my new security system. Thanks to all!

This company is simply awesome, from sales through support. Having dealt with a scam security company who shall remain nameless, Alarm Partners is simply the best. Cannot recommend more highly.
