AlarmTechs has an employee at The Bennett Baytown checking the alarm and sprinkler system, the human taking up air is a vendor. He does something on the roof or turn on or off a valve somewhere and about 5 gallons of water pours through a hole on the roof of my balcony. I am checking on my work schedule via Microsoft Teams. It sounds as if a pipe has busted or something sizzling on the stove, neither of these are good, I hobble to the kitchen; nothing is on the stove, I just happen to turn around and water is pouring out on my $75.00 antenna, I am 3 story's high and did not see the human vendor from AlarmTechs taking up air below until I looked to the right.

I ask him "what are you guys doing!? There is a hole in the roof and this water that smells just poured on my balcony and my antenna." The human vendor taking up air from AlarmTechs tells me, "It's all done now!" In a condensing and 'oh well get over it' tonnage. I had to get some pinesol and clean my antenna and the concrete from the smell of the leak the AlarmTechs taking up air vendor just created.

I go to the office of The Bennett Baytown and the AlarmTechs Vendor that is rude already gets even more rude, I begin talking to The Bennett Baytown Manager about the AlarmTechs Vendor and he begins to yell at me, here are the words, I am upset about the 5 gallons of smelly water he just poured on my expensive antenna, and the balcony I just cleaned and with a nonchalant attitude AlarmTechs rude Vendor says, the water is off now and "I am sick of you people in this place!" I am then upset and ask for the name of the company and his name and his supervisor?

The AlarmTechs rude Vendor is yelling and pinches his shirt and yells the name of the company and looks at me and yells, , "Google it!" I let AlarmTechs Vendor that takes up air, know I will contact AlarmTechs. I call 281-391-5005 and speak with Jackie at AlarmTechs and she was not able to give me names, phone numbers or emails to contact the AlarmTechs Supervisor. Jackie of AlarmTechs assured me that she sent an email for AlarmTechs Supervisor to call me.

It has been 2 days and no call back. I also sent an email to The Bennett Baytown for corporate office contact information have not received that information as well. Please note this is a 0 star.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a joke and they literally do not care about customer service, doing the job right the first time or getting issues resolved in a timely manner. Brand-new property in Midtown and we have called with issues almost weekly with fire alarms, gates, cameras - you name it - if they installed it, it either does not work properly or breaks within a few weeks of the installation and then continues to break.

I've communicated with multiple people at this company - Art, Ube, Bill Waters, Bill Harmel, Dan (who has since either quit or retired) and multiple other techs too many to name and there is no sense of urgency and a complete lack of concern for their customer. I will be willing to change this review if I can actually get a response and see a change in their customer service attitude. We'll see.

Good company to gain experience other than that look somewhere else. Cheap company doesn't fill full promises, and very unprofessional every boss will cuss you out.

Scheduling can sometimes be backed up, but they always send great technicians that get the job done. Friendly and informative.

We had two service calls. Both times they lied about time spent on property. Sure, they credited me back after I complained but do you really want to do business with people like this? How does 20 minutes turn into 90? They also don't return calls. Looking for a new company.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. The employees are worthless. They dont return phone calls. Send invoices that are a complete lie. It's been since February we had our fire inspection and it's still not complete. Worst company in houston tx.

This is what you would call a mickey mouse operation. No way to pay your invoice online (?), no control panel for customers to see alarm events, no services that you see from other alarm companies that charge this and less for monitoring, and they answer the phones and provide customer service in a very, uh, casual way. They got my address information, and my TELEPHONE NUMBER where I am to be contacted when the alarm is triggered wrong. Had I not called to check these things, when would I have found out?
