I can't think of any other Alarm Company I would trust to secure my home. I remember a time right after we got our system installed it started to beep randomly. My wife called and spoke to Matt personally and got the problem resolved (after hours). The next day a service tech called me to ensure the system was working properly. On a personal note with the amount of homes being broken into lately I am glad I went with a LOCAL company to protect my home. I have been using Alarm Security for years now. They are super trustworthy and quick to help with any question that may arise. Earlier this month, they even helped me set up a temporary pass code for a friend to use to enter our home and feed our cat while we were on vacation. I think about how satisfied I am with this company every time some home security telemarketer hangs up on me after I ask to be taken off their list! It's obvious those guys don't have customer first values! Alarm security respects both my home security and my privacy.
