We have been with Alert Tech for over 25 years, our business closed and had to unfortunately cancel service. Alert-Tech have been very professional and friendly in serving our needs throughout the years. I love that there is always a person to talk to to answer any questions you have 24/7. Highly recommend.

We had our alarm system put in yesterday and couldn't be any more satisfied. From the first time I called until it was installed we were very pleased. Justin, the salesman, came to our house and was very pleasant and professional. Francisco the installer was professional and knowledgeable as well as courteous and friendly. I will recommend Alert Tech to anyone who needs an alarm company.

I have had my system for 16 years and I have no success stories, I had a couple of break ins that resulted in no law showing up for, a false fire alarm trigger, a few false phone tamper alarms, yet when I had a phone tech work on the phone box, it never sounded the tamper alarm as it should have, half of the time the law don't even respond to the calls from Alert tech, to check out cause of alarm triggers, but when they do, they treat the call as a complete joke.
All I can say is thank God for Smith & Wesson, because while your system has proven to be unreliable, I can still feel safe. Am seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere.
