Found myself locked out of my house on a Saturday afternoon. Have never had to use an emergency locksmith before but I picked the right one! Frank arrived in less than an hour and got my door unlocked right away. He was friendly and professional and prepared for the job. Very much appreciate Columbus Locksmith saving the day!

Frank came to my home within an hour or so of filling out the non-emergency Contact Us form on the business webpage. I thought I was going to need a whole new set of locks- if that was suggested I would have quickly swiped my card. It actually turned out to be a simple fix, but he was happy to show me how to handle the problem moving forward. Whenever I do need new locks this is the place I will call for the prompt, professional and honest service.

Unfortunately I forgot to get the gentleman's name that came to assist me with getting into my home but he was fantastic! So kind and patient explaining what I can do in the future to make things faster and easier and hopefully avoid the possibility of locking myself out. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. I will definitely recommend them and if needed will call them myself in the future. Fantastic service!

I was very pleased! I locked my keys in my garage and he came and in less that literally 10 seconds got my door opened. I couldn't be more pleased!
