Excellent customer service here! I dropped off a furniture drawer that had locks but no keys. They said it would be a couple of days, but I asked if I could get in next day. They got it done! There was some issues with the lock but they were able to take care of it, no problem! When I came to pick it up, let's just say they made my day with their kindness! Truly appreciate it and I won't forget it. They will get my return business for sure!

I was called before the one hour window for a more exact time for my appointment. Showed up with his mask on. Gave me an estimate of how long it would take and I was a bit shorter. Tested the new keys and they worked great. Cost was less than quoted. Feels great to have a company quote the worst case scenario and then it ends up costing less.

I've had several laser cut keys made at their shop. Most recently they replaced the ignition on my daughters vehicle. Very professional and prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

The two times I locked myself out of my car(here in Reno at least), these guys helped me out. Don't waste your time trying to call other locksmiths on a Friday night because you get an answering machine for 90% of them or someone that charges a stupid amount. I found Alpine very reasonable price wise, for dealing with my own stupidity and both times they got my problem fixed in less than 10 after they got there.

One of those times was way out on USA Parkway and I was seriously worried I would get charged an arm and a leg to drive all the way out there. That was not the case, they showed up almost as fast as one could drive out there as well as being shockingly affordable. I will always use these guys for any future moments of stupidity. A+ professionalism.

We needed keys to a lock we had no key for and needed it rejected to match an existing lock we had a key for. I walked in and back out in about 15 minutes and also had several other keys made. Everyone was very congenial and helpful. If you need key or lock work this is a great place to do business.

Alpine Lock & Key is a life saver! Greatest/fastest service ever. I am a new long-haul truck driver and I happened to get myself locked out of my truck while waiting at my pick up location. I had 1 hour left until my pickup appointment and frantically called all locksmiths in the Reno/sparks area. Alpine had the fastest response, gave me a quote over the phone, and asked a few questions.

Within 30 minutes, someone was already on their way and they got my 2020 Freightliner Cascadia opened in about two minutes. By then, I had 15 minutes left before my appointment and was able to deliver my load on time. Alpine saved me from losing my job, saved me from 100 degree heat, and saved me from a ton of anxiety as I was in an unfamiliar location with no food or water plus a near dead phone battery.

I came out of Idaho and stopped at Sparks to do school shopping. We left the mall, and dicovered one of my kids lost the key for the car. We were in urgent circumstances as we needed to be in Cali by the end of the night. I had never been so stressed in my life. This company was fast, effective, and knowledgeable. They made my experience comfortable and i felt greatful for that. Gabriel was down to Earth and even taught me some things about my vehicle. He's the GUY!

I went in to get a key to my vehicle cut and programmed (that I had bought through Amazon). First thing they said was they couldn't guarantee that, which was understandable. But they cut the key and then transferred the transponder successfully. They had an issue with getting the remote to work, but I saw what they were trying to do and I think they missed a step.

I came home and reread the instructions for the remote programming and got it working right away. But them patiently explaining how the programming works is what did it for me. And because they didn't have to do any programming, they waived the fee to cut the key itself. They were very friendly and patient with someone who had a lot of questions. I'll definitely use them if I ever need the services of a locksmith again!

Service review. This place is all about service. The come from behind the counter to greet you kind of service with a smile. Never had a bad key, lock cylinder, or an unanswered question.

Have needed a couple of extra keys made for awhile but had been putting it off as did not want to deal with what I thought would be a hassle. Finally decided we could not keep sharing one house key any longer so yelped locksmiths! Alpine Lock and Key had lots of good reviews, and was near by so fit the bill. Went around lunchtime and although there was several people already in the store, I was immediately greeted and helped. Explained I needed three keys which I thought would take a little time due to the amount of people in the store. Was pleasantly surprised as the keys were made quickly, and I was in and out in 5 minutes! It was less that $6 for three keys, the service was great and no hassle!

They are fast and efficient. That set up my locks to all have the same key and remembered my house. I totally recommend Alpine lock and key.

Their reviews match their service. Went in with a broken 1969 VW Bug key. (The only key I had for the car) they were able to make me a new one and trusted me to leave without paying to go make sure it worked. fit like a charm! Went back and got two more copies. Awesome service!

I was told the job couldn't be done, that it was impossible. That even the dealership couldn't do it and my whole system had to be removed, then sent overseas reprogrammed, and sent back with a new key. After much patience, determination, and insane skill Alpine got the job done. I was 4 hours from home with 2 toddlers and lost the key to my new Subaru. #LifeSavers on a freezing cold day! Thank you all man! I locked my keys in my car and didn't notice until I was off of work. $60 unlock vs $100 through my cancelled insurance. I was given a complimentary key for stopping by the shop after my service. This is such a blessing that I decided to do business with them and purchase a new key fob at half the price my dealership quoted me. Thank you all so much!

If we could give Jacob a 10 star review we would! We were locked out of our VRBO around 8:15 pm and started frantically reaching out to the property management company Vacasa. That will be an entirely different review but none the less, after not getting any response two hours later, we decided to reach out to a locksmith. You'd be surprised at how many advertise they're a 24 hour company and they're not! Jacob immediately responded and was extremely professional and kind. Cannot say enough good things about him.
