The technician Joe was amazing. Certainly knows the business! Great personality. Explained everything to me. Told me things that I had no idea about. All pertaining to my safety. Joe is an asset to the company. I have been with A. P. B. For many years and I am totally satisfied. My special thank you to Joe!

APB tech Jimmy and general manager George Zaloom was so professional throughout the project of installing security system in my house, good quality of work and plus one customer experience. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for security monitoring.

I had been under contract with another company for almost 20 years. For the past year, I have not been able to get service on my old system. After many failed attempts, I decided to start shopping for a new company. I was referred to George and APB from another customer of theirs's and I couldn't be happier! George came to my home to do an evaluation of what I would need, or not (as we were trying to use the old system).

After spending time with George, I felt and knew this company was Family Oriented. Not just about their own, but the company, their employees, and most of all, their customers. On the day of install, Frank R. came to my home and while we could not use the old system, he installed a much newer system. Not only did he ensure that I knew each and every step of this alarm, he would not leave until I could show him that I knew what I was doing.

Especially having the APP on my phone. A little different than what I had, but nonetheless, easy to use. (If I can do it, anyone can!) He was a complete gentleman! I have had several conversations with Nick on the phone during this process and he has just been so very helpful. I can't say enough about this company and the team who runs/works with APB. Thank you to George, Nick, Frank and the entire APB Family for all that you did to set me up and get me going!

APB has been there for me when I had issues with *my alarm malfunctioning. They always promptly sent one of their technicians who are very professional and experienced to evaluate and repair the alarm system and problem solved. Thank you for your service and for Stella who has always been able to be there to get the job done.

We have a long standing relationship with ABP for all of our security needs. Their work is impeccable period! Security systems need to be serviced from time to time and I can always count on APB to keep us up and running. While the experience starts with ownership, the staff members are amazing and expert at each of their disciplines making the customer experience painless.

I used APB in October 2019, to install cameras in my house. From inquiry to installation was overall a very pleasant and stress-free experience. The estimate they gave me matched up with the final cost, which was a relief. The two technicians who came to install the system, Nick and Frank, were very professional. They installed everything in a timely fashion, were well-mannered in the house, and cleaned up everything after installation.

They gave me a tutorial on how to operate the system, hooked up the app on my iPhone/iPad, and answered all of my technical questions. I 100% recommend APB for anyone looking to install cameras/security systems in their home or business.

I have used APB Security for many different projects over the years both at home and at my office. I had a security firm I thought was good, but the technology was old and so was the personnel. I decided to try APB Security. From the first call and the first meeting I knew I was dealing with an excellent company. They upgraded the system for a reasonable cost and the people who installed my equipment were TOPNOCH! These guys knew exactly what to do and they were THOROUGH.

They made sure each and every zone was working properly. A month after the installation, there was a power outage in my area and a signal was sent to APB monitoring. APB monitoring called me to say "We got a system trouble signal, is your system working ok"? This never happened with the old security firm, they would only call if the alarm went off (sometimes). I am impressed with APB. I am so happy I switched. I recommended APB to all my friends.

I have been a customer of APB security for many years and i am very happy with their services. They performed major upgrades to my home security system and everyone i ever dealt with was very nice and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Few years after my alarm system upgrades, one of the sensors went off and triggered an alarm.

I called the office, spoke to Stella and explained the situation. She immediately scheduled an appointment for technician to come at and identify the issue. What really pleasantly surprised me that a few minutes after my conversation with Stella, the owner George called me and informed me that even though i am out of warranty period, the problem will be fixed free of charge. What a wonderful company to work with. Steve and his team came to my home and created a security plan that took all of my families concerns into his design. Steve worked to make sure that the system he designed not only addressed the safety and security of my family but also what would happen in the event of of outages and brownouts. I would highly recommend this company as one that takes pride in every system they install and are there when you need them. Kudos to APB Security!
