Horrible management If you read former employee reviews you will see a company response for each. Notice how the employer denies each reviews allegations. Deny, deny, deny. This is the strategy of a ex-vop. Deny everything. Pretend it doesn't exist. But 16 reviews saying the same thing. APS may do solid PI work, I can't say. But their uniformed security service is poorly managed and inefficient.

APS assisted our firm with an investigation and did a great job obtaining the information we asked for. This was particularly helpful considering our firm is located in the Twin Cities and the investigation needed to be conducted in Duluth. They were professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Tyler was great with communication every step of the way. Definitely recommend.

The company Applied Professional Services is filled with professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable people. They have people working for them that are very passionate about what they do which really shows in the quality of their work. There is no one else I would hire for this type of work. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs investigations, process service, etc.
