I wish I had a mutual experience than those below. My previous alarm monitoring company Delta merged with Arco and it's been a headache since Arco took over. My system was flawless and I would receive excellent customer service with Delta. Delta was a small local company with Mr. Quintero at the helm ensuring the customers were taken care of. Since their merge, Arco has hung up on us when we ask who we are speaking with, central station takes over 5 mins to contact if alarm goes off - if they even call, and when you call with concerns they place you on hold for long periods. I do not recommend Arco.
