I shopped around for a burglar alarm company and they were the cheapest. Unfortunately they proved that you get what you pay for. I scheduled an appointment and it was cancelled. Apparently the guy was sick. I then re-scheduled and then they didn't have a part. When the called me to let me know they won't make it out a second time they also told me that I would need to pay an extra $200 if I wanted a burglar alarm without a phone line.
I had my notes and recordings of my initial phone conversation with the sales person and he didn't mention that. They transferred me over to the sales guy again to see if we could work something out and he told me my initial appointment was in the morning. If so, then they also missed their morning appointment because no one ever called me or left me a message. I'm glad I found out the quality of this company before they came into my house.
