Robert Humphres is the AudioPlus representative designated by our home builder to work with us. The qualities from one of the AudioPlus Yelp comments mentioning "show up on time", "sent a confirmation email", "I'm staying until it gets done attitude" are completely missing from this individual. In fact, he is very passive, unresponsive, and showing up late with last minute notice to the appointment.
When we needed an initial walkthrough for the smart home devices installed by AudioPlus, this representative was basically MIA for 2 weeks after we repeatedly reached out. The actual walkthrough was rudimentary and uninformative, and Robert did not take action to root cause the reason that our Ring doorbell chime does not work reliably. However we could sense his enthusiasm when we expressed interest in installing additional Lutron switches and security systems. Weirdly, even after we asked Robert to give us a quote on installing additional Lutron switches and security systems, we were repeatedly ignored and dismissed.
It appears either AudioPlus or Robert really hates doing business with us, despite that we have been completely professional and patient. I can't imagine anyone willing to put up with this experience even with 200% of my patience.

Huge fan of both "Michaels" at Audioplus. They installed 5 sliding door motion detectors and programmed them into our existing alarm system. They also installed 2 nest outdoor cameras replacing the crappy ones sold to us by our builders security contractor. These guys show up on time. They even sent a confirmation email reminding us they were coming. Michael had this awesome "i'm staying until it gets done" attitude that seems to be lacking in most Seattle area contractors these days. Will definitely hire them again.
