The Burnes-Citadel team did an amazing job upgrading our camera and alarm system. Once the upgrades were completed, the team helped us understand the enhancements, added the new technology to our phones and ensured we could use them remotely! From Alan all the way down to Dale and Nick, our installer. They did a great job having us understand what was wrong with our system we had and what is needed to be fixed. Dale and Nick were hard at work and had to work through out birds nest of wires from the previous company. They cleaned it all out and helps us with labeling everything as well. Great Job and looking forward to working with you all more. Thank you again for everything you all did in the timely manner you did.

Keith and the whole Burnes Citadel team have been absolutely fantastic to work with! They tailored my home security to best suit my needs and budget point. Tom, who came to install my system, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Installation was thorough with a detailed demonstration so I felt confident in using it. The app on my phone for my cameras is great so I can check the feeds remotely and it takes seconds to arm or disarm my security system! I have so much peace of mind now because of it and appreciate the personal service provided by this company. Would absolutely highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the experience we had from the sales, installation and after hours departments. My wife felt very comfortable with the installers who were courteous and cleaned up after the install. We have only had to use the after hours department once and they helped us quickly solve the issue. Mary Margaret did a great job helping us understand the equipment and services we were looking to purchase. We will recommend and use again in the future!

We recently had security cameras in stalled at 2 of our business locations and we could not be happier with the cameras and the incredible customer service we received. The service was outstanding from getting the quote, to scheduling the installation, to installation day. Everyone was excellent to work with. In March, 2019, Burnes-Citadel installed a new alarm system, including cameras around our house. Justin and Joe, the installers, did an excellent job! They were careful and considerate of our house, even using the booties on their shoes in the house so they would not track in dirt from outdoors. They explained how the system worked and patiently answered our questions. Thank you, Justin and Joe!

Spent thousands of dollars having our house alarm redone after a remodel project. The technician they sent had no idea what he was doing. Unfortunately, we didn't find out until after doors and windows were in. Now we are stuck with half baked solutions and an alarm that trips everytime the weather changes! I will remove this post if they correct their bad work!
