I was employed with this company for 9 months. I worked graveyard at a property in eastvale. One of the best companies I work for. They work with your schedule. They offer plenty of overtime. Great co workers, great environment. One of their dispatchers, Mary (if I remember) best person, best everything. Overall, great company.

Worked for chief Protective Services for a little over a year. I liked working for chief. I liked that they have many different posts from residential to commercial to shopping centers. Upper management need A LOT of work. Very unreasonable management very quick to throw you under the bus and they will take advantage of you if you are a hard working individual.

I don't know if people who say that they got promoted with in weeks are getting payed to say that or if they are related or friends with the upper management because as someone who has busted my butt working for chief I personally never got promoted or got one of those employee of the month things. I have asked to get moved up to Supervisor and was told that I was on the waiting list for like a whole 7 months while people were getting "promoted" and hired as supervisors like there was no tomorrow.

I kind of gave up on it after a while. Some things that are said are definitely false. Like when they say that the pay varies depending on your position, experience and location. I have worked in LA county, Orange County, San Bernardino county and riverside county and my pay was always the same ole $11.50 which I never complained about because just like I said earlier I liked the job.

I have traveled +50 and it was always the same pay. So that's not true. There have been times I worked +70 hours a week. Yup A WEEK. Picking up everyone's shift since people didn't feel like showing up to work. There been times I felt like I was the only one employed. I was always there always on time never took a day off or took a sick leave always there to help them out when they needed someone literally had my phone on at all times.

Just finish my 8 hour shift and back on the road to cover and work another +8 hr shift. Never complained nothing. still didn't get the Supervisors position. I worked at a lot different posts and every manager who met me always liked me and there been many times that they would call the office just to tell them how good of a job I was doing and no one ever said anything about it till I'd go back to my post and find that out from the property managers.

Like I said I liked the company and all but they really did me dirty. I was forced to resign because of an incident that occurred at one of the posts I was assigned. Management didn't even care much to ask me for my side of the story they just took me off the schedule and I quite because there is no point in having a job you don't get payed for or get any hours. Chiefs management is very shady.

Anyone who has worked for chief knows exactly how and what I mean by that. It's sad because the company itself is great. The dispatchers are wonderful. Management positions are NOT for everyone. That's really it. I don't know how can you go to sleep at night after you treat your hard working employees so poorly.

It's been 3months working for the company and I love it. The environment is wonderful and stress free. I've been promoted within the first week of working for the company. Although professionalism is required, your not limited to the friendly positive co-workers in which you are surrounded by. Any questions or concerns they are there to listen, unlike other companies I worked for (no names) I'm not ignored, action takes place immediately, you work with them, they work with you especially when needing time off.

Highly suggest you or anyone you may know to inquire Chief, there's always room to grow, (I'm a living testimony). If you don't have your guard card they offer classes at a great price and you receive you guard card within a blink of an eye. Be if it's are also available which was my biggest concern before applying, and I absolutely love it. So if your interested join us. Why not? Thank you Chief for the Amazing opportunity!

I actually like working here they've been good to me, I've read some negative reviews here about working with them and quite frankly its only because they obviously did something to be on their bad side, they are fair and work as a team and yes they have rules and they are serious about following them so if you don't of course you'll be in trouble.

What kind of security business would they run If they allowed their guards or dispatchers to slack off, not very assertive ones, business owners trust their money and properties to our commitment and at times even their lives. So yes. I love working there and I think they have been good to me.

I've been working for Chief for almost a year now and I've grown extremely loyal to this group of people in that time. I was unemployed for 5 months and it was such a low point in my life at the time. Chief took a chance on me and they've been the blessing in my life to provide for my family. Management and staff have always been encouraging and supportive and I've witnessed for myself their dedication and generosity to their employees. I'm looking forward to growing with this company and I'm excited for what the future holds. God willing here's to the next 20 plus years!

I have been a dedicated employee at Chief Protective Services for almost 10 years now. I have done it all, from security officer, to patrol supervisor, to now having my own office marketing for the company. The CEO and the entire staff are awesome and dedicated to the company as well. This has been a company were all employees have an opportunity to grow from within and progress.

Chief has always taken care of me and treated me exceptionally well, and they have always taken care of their employees and and go above and beyond for their clients. I have Never had no regrets or complaints and look forward to being here another 20 years.

I have worked with Chief Protective Services since July of 2016 and have had the opportunity to meet and work with many amazing professionals within the security industry. Hard work, dedication, and teamwork have allowed me to grow within the company in a short period of time. I have had a great experience with this organization and look forward to all future endeavors with Chief.

I've been employed with the company for 2 years this June. I started off as a part time dispatcher with no experience to help cover the full time dispatcher's days off. This schedule worked perfect for me because at the time I was just coming off of maternity leave and it provided me with a decent check as well as time to be with my family. About a month in to working I transitioned from part time to full time and became the regular swing shift dispatcher.

Due to my hard work and commitment to the team here at Chief, I was promoted to the Vice Presidents Assistant during my third month of employment. For the last 2 years that has been my position here with the company and I LOVE my job. The management team upstairs is great, the dispatchers are wonderful to work with, and although its hectic some times, being able to work with the guards and clients on a daily basis to help fulfill their scheduling request is the best part of my work day!

Chief is all about the growth within the company, me and several other employees are walking examples of that! All it takes is for one person to give you that opportunity that you need, but its up to you to take that opportunity and make something of it! Thank you Chief for giving me my opportunity!

In my 13 years of security experience, I have never worked for such a horrible company. This company did not pay for orientation, they only provided one used uniform, they expect their officers to go into the office in full uniform for testing and refresher courses yet they do not pay them for their time. If you are in uniform you're considered working, therefore you should be paid.

There is an overwhelming lack of communication throughout the company. I had the displeasure of working for them for only 6 months and was removed from 3 different posts. I was told they were working on a new post for me and after 2 week of not hearing from them I decided to resign. When I went into the office I was told I had be terminated 2 weeks ago.

That information was never communicated to me. Overall, I do not recommend this company to anybody; guard or potential clients. Do yourselves a favor and find a more reputable company.

I had the responsibility to find a security company for my office building and I had to narrow it down among a few. I was very impressed with Chief Protective Services and their company infrastructure. Not only were they very competitive and willing to offer me a good deal they were also flexible and always available to answer questions. Overall I'm very happy with my choice and the services have been perfect for our needs. 5 stars deserved!
