Every year, thousands of American workers report having being victims of workplace violence. Each year the U.S. workforce loses between 400-800 persons as a result of workplace homicide second only to traffic accidents as the cause of death. Participants will learn to identify potential threats in the workplace and to respond to violent intruders. Although discussing active shooters and violent intruders may make managers uncomfortable, it actually improves employee morale when workers know you have a plan and take threats seriously. It includes both classroom and hands-on, scenario-based training.

ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I'VE EVER BEEN WITH IN THE REGION. NO BENEFITS, BARELY ANY PLACES TO WORK, NO TYPE OF ORIENTATION, NO TRAINING, NO CLEAN OR NEW UNIFORMS AVAILABLE, NO ORGANIZING OF HIRING PROCESS. SITES DONT PAY THEIR BILL SO YOU GET F'D OUT OF HOURS. PAY IS ABOVE MOST COMPANIES. BUT IF YOU ARENT PROVIDING ANY BENEFITS YOU CAN DO THAT! DONT LET THE $$$ FOOL YOU WHEN YOU ARE APPLYING! HORRIBLE!

Very new company. Can tell they don't quite have their feet on the ground yet. No benefits, which allows them to pay better than other companies. They ask and would like years of experience, which is a good thing unless you have it and see things from a grown up seasoned person. Not worth it yet in my opinion. Can have promise down the road when they have things figured out.
