Critical: Responsiveness I have contacted Crest Lock on six occasions. Someone did finally call me back and said they would get an estimate to me within a day or two, it has been over a week with no response. Crest Lock was recommended by a coworker, hopefully others have better luck then I have.

While traveling to work I heard a commercial from crest lock about a much needed remote for my 2007 Mitsubishi eclipse and it only took about 15 minutes so I was able to get it and I still made it to work on time and it works, thanks to everyone who made it possible

I've used this place twice over a period of 5 years and both times they were very informative and helped resolve my issues. The first time I only needed a spare the 2nd time was for my mother, she lost her keys and did not have a spare. The car had to be towed there (which was not convenient but they said it was necessary). This is the only locksmith company I have ever used so I don't have another to compare too but I can say I didn't know much about the key fobs prior to my 1st visit but knew plenty about them afterwards. Going to the dealership would have cost AT LEAST twice as much so I would def recommend giving this place a chance.

This company saved my whole life and wallet. I needed a mailbox key and went to home depot to get a key made. Home Depot said they weren't able to make a copy and referred me to Crestlock. I contacted them and the customer service I received over the phone was AMAZING! I went to them the next day and they made a copy of the key and informed me that if the key didnt work they would make another copy free of charge. They were unsure if the key would work because of a slight difference in thickness but it worked! So thank you Crestlock for saving me from my HOA for a mailbox key.

Lifesavers. Bought a 2012 Impala with a chip key and I wanted a couple of copies. A lock and key service close to home quoted a price of $125 EACH KEY. If I had the impala with me I would've gotten ripped off. Big time. Then I remembered the Crest Lock radio spots and called for a quote. They said $60 to $90 each. Better than the spot at home so I visited Crest Lock and got the job done.

In fact, got 2 keys for $75 and change, DELIVERED. And the staff was great and I was out in less than 15 minutes! Go to Crest Lock before ANYONE else. Especially dealers. You will save a bundle.

Locked myself out of my condo today and called Crest Lock. The women who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The technician got here quickly and was very knowledgeable.
