This is one of the only walk-in locksmiths I could find in my area of town. I needed a copy of a basic motorcycle key cut. I was able to get one, but it cost me $21.50. He did a fine job. But I'm taking off a couple of stars BECAUSE THAT IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE. Especially so, considering it's just done with a very generic blank. I had the same thing done for my other bike in California where EVERYTHING is supposed to be more expensive, and they charged me $7.

And that was for a European import bike. That locksmith even said I was lucky she had a blank for that weird key. If this service was $10 or under, which is should have been, I'd give this place 5 stars. But, I guess he knows he doesn't have any competition around so he charges a lot of dough. I'll be walking into every other lock joint I see wherever I go to see if I can get some extras made for a reasonable price.

Bought a used jeep and needed to replace ignition. Wanted new one keyed to k=match existing key. They had it done in just a few hours and it works perfectly.

Three companies I've work for with in the last 30+ years, have utilized this company. Friendly, fast, fair, EXCELLENT service.

Excellent customer service and quality work. They were able to cut a key for a older tonneau cover. I would shop here again.

I lost a set of keys which had my vehicle key, house key, toolbox key, etc. AA was able to find a key for my toolbox without me even having one, and they duplicated the rest of my set (which I did have) in about 5 minutes. They charged me about the same for the whole set as what another place was going to charge for the one toolbox key. The gentleman was also friendly. 5 stars!

I've gone to Double A several times for duplicate keys and have always been in and out within a few minutes. Today I called in asking about getting a replacement key for a filing cabinet (not a duplicate, I lost the only key!) and Steve assured me it could be done. Sight unseen I have a replacement key in hand that works for my filing cabinet! What a relief! Great service, great prices! My only complaint is that they aren't open on weekends, but I guess heroes have to rest sometimes too.;)

I have been there twice and had excellent service at a very reasonable price. Great place for Motorcycle Keys. I even took a Givi Top box in and they were able to replace the lock (I had lost the key) with a replacement lock and key that I had ordered that off Ebay. They even had the correct Cadillac Blank key that corresponded to those short Givi Keys and so they could make me a copy. 5 Star service and knowledgeable staff.

Two days in a row I took a couple hours off from work in the morning waiting for the locksmith to show up for my 8-9 appointment. The first day when they didn't arrive by 9:30 I called and was told my appointment was actually 11 am so I rescheduled for the next day from 8-9am thinking it was just a miscommunication and because I had to get to work. Stayed home in the morning the next day and again 9:30 rolls by and no locksmith.

I call and was told "he could head over in just a minute" but since I had to get to work I had to cancel. The people on the phone were nice but they don't seem to care about your time or meeting scheduled appointments.

I thought these guys were great. Had new locks put on to match and was very reasonable. They even set me up with a coded realtor type key holder so I could keep a key stashed securely.

Took several locks in to have keyed alike. They were ready when Steve said to come back and cost was very good. Will use them again when need arises.

They came by my house in regards to patio locks. The locksmith stated he ordered the parts and would contact me when received. Never heard back from them and this was a week ago. Terrible Customer Service

These guys are awesome! Been there a few times now and have had excellent service every time! Quick, cheap and great customer service! Highly recommend them!

The driver arrived in great time. They had the cheapest prices around with good reviews. Our technician was knowledgable and very kind. I will use Double A again!
