I've been asked to leave this review on behalf of my sister over in the U.S. as she is rather computer illiterate and was unable to write the review herself. The following is how she describes her experience with Doyle: "Greetings, I have had a Burglary / Fire system with Doyle for a few years now and have not had any issues with my system until sometime early this month, so I called Doyle and spoke with a lady named Nancy.

She was nice, although what I found most curious is she didn't know much about how to operate my keypad, as there were long pauses between my questions and her responses. She eventually got to the end goal and helped me with what I needed. She assisted in helping me 'Bypass', is the word she used, and manually test the system by alarming my system and having it go off, and remove a code from my system.

In the end, the call took around 25 minutes according to my phone and this was someone claiming to be a Supervisor. A couple days go by and I lose the notes I had from the previous call and I received another notification that my system was in "communication failure" and "LTT", which I don't recall what that means, so I called back and this got time got a young lady/man named "Alice"/"Alex".

I asked this operator the same questions again due to me losing my notes from the previous call, and to my surprise, this operator knocked my questions with rapid accurate answers like they're something they talk about every day. No pauses, just a nice lady/man who knows her/his alarm systems. She/He also helped me reconnect my system with my router because I had it replaced!

This call probably took 5 to 15 minutes at most with the additional question. The reason why I give this review a 4/5 stars is because when I asked the second operator "Alice/Alex", how long they were a supervisor, to my surprise, she's just a normal operator. My question is why do the little guys/girls at the bottom of the food chain know more about what is supposedly one of their more common systems to work with, than the Supervisors? That, my friend, is the reason for the missing fifth star is because as I mentioned, both operators were very nice and charming, it's just the lower operator seemed to know more.

Or it might be common knowledge and the Supervisor didn't have that information, I'm not sure. Overall it's a good company, but your experience with the team varies depending on what operator you get, which is a shame they don't all get the same training. I have been a customer of Doyle for 3yrs. They were a excellent company. But when I moved and needed my services cancelled at old address and transfered to new address they never canceled my service. Billed me for service and no one ever called me back. Yet they keep sending me notice of activity on account. I tried calling them several times. I went with another company.

We bought new construction and they installed this security system. After a month we called to discover that someone had to come out and activate it. We have never set it because it hasn't been necessary but we want to be able to do so when we leave for an extended time. The past two nights I have been awakened by fire ALERT text messages and the system beeps continually.

We called yesterday and they said the soonest we could get a tech is TWO WEEKS.so they expect us to be up all night with a malfunctioning system that they installed! Their customer service is non existent. We called again this morning and were told that we would have to pay for "emergency service" because it is a Saturday. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DOYLE!

I especially like the monitoring system. I am not young and they are very patient and courteous. At least once a month I accidentally set off the alarm by opening a door, etc, before turning off the alarm. They respond quickly, which gives me confidence the same would happen in an emergency.

My fire alarm kept going off for no reason(thank god). Doyle told me how to resent which I did and made an appt for service a week later. About hour or two alarm went off again Doyle called me and they were able to get me an in 2 days which was great and I did not reset the fire alarm so it would not keep going off every half hour, but it did go off again. Doyle had a service guy to my house in a couple of hours.

They just didn't give up on me. Guy was here 15 minutes fixed. He checked every door, windows, fire detectors, CO detectors, and glass breakage. He was very professional! Fixed the problem.

Great service all around. Just had Doyle secure my second location using them. I have used three different services in the last 8 years. I found Doyle to be the best for all around value and price. The service techs arrived early, and had me up and running that day. No surprise charges either.

You won't find a better security system team. I searched for a long time for a system that would encompass the vision I had. Doyle Security actually took my idea, improved upon it, made amazing suggestions to improve the performance of the system I had in mind. The tech was timely, professional, had amazing insight and installed my system per my vision in mind. Plan to return in 2019 to expand on my amazing system. Go to people here!

Recently purchased a home and tried to find a "bulletproof" security system. Had previously invested in of-the-shelf home automation -- but wasn't confident in doing the same for security. After a bunch of digging it came down to Doyle or ADT. We went with Doyle mainly due to the local team and the rep that we spoke to on the phone. Am very glad i did.

We were was floored by the installers. Professional, clean and courteous. Went way above and beyond, strongly recommend. System is great too, recommend getting the option with remote disabling.
