Limited to delivery of safe to curbside of residence or business within 50 miles of dealership ($2 per mile thereafter). A flat level concrete or paved pathway is required. Customer is responsible for ensuring the pathway, deck, steps, staircase and foundation are adequate to support the weight of the safe, safe transporting equipment and installation crew.

Eric knew I was coming in, planning to buy a safe. I arrived, he had no mask on. He greeted me, I waited for him to put one on before we began. He didn't. I asked him to please put a mask on first and he said, "Well, I don't have a mask." In a retail business during a pandemic?! I'd driven 25 min. to get there. I walked out, immediately. Nevermind your personal ignorance but what about caring about customers?

Just bought a general use house safe, after searching for the past month. I had all sorts of companies trying to sell me things at great costs, with weeks of wait times. Great experience with this company, so glad I found them. Owner is very knowledgeable, he carefully and in detail explained all different options, pros and cons, without any pressure.

Extremely satisfied. After contacting by phone, decided to visit the Mendon, Ma showroom. From the moment we walked in the store and culminating with the delivery experience it was evident these folks knew what they were doing and did it well! I purchased THREE high end fireproof Browning gun safes from Eastern Security Safe (at three different times). Roger and his sales and delivery crew were OUTSTANDING! They helped me decide which model best accomplished my goals, and then the sales and delivery process were flawless. My safes were custom ordered, so there was a wait, but that issue was Browning, NOT Easter Security Safe. The safes are excellent, and well worth the wait. Thank you! I will buy from them again and HIGHLY suggest you buy from them!

My wife and I purchased a Browning Prestige Safe last summer from Roger who took the time to meet us at his West Springfield location and explain the benefits from one safe model to another. Those explanations did make a difference in our final decision versus what we intended to buy when we first walked in. The delivery crew was very professional and their methods to move such a heavy safe across our newly installed wood floor was downright impressive.
We looked at similar safes online and the prices would sometime look good before adding the delivery fees in and having to deal with a third party delivery company. I would highly recommend Eastern Security Safe for a stress free buying experience and competitive pricing when you factor all of the above in the overall equation.
