Needed emergency service for a fire alarm system. Ryan, the technician, was so incredibly nice and quickly solved the problem. Judy, who answered my frantic phone calls, couldn't have been nicer. Thank you both very much.

After working with from Electronic Alarms I don't think I could ever work with another security company. Their overall service and and precision was unmatched. They installed over 30 cameras, motion detectors, card key access and provided a user friendly storage cloud. During the whole process I don't think Paul ever missed one phone call, text or email. I highly recommend using them!

Only a few weeks after Electronic Alarms put in my exterior camera system, it was struck by lightning disabling 4 out of 5 cameras. I called Electronic Alarms for repair of my 4 cameras and they told me this happens all the time and it would be roughly 4000.00 to repair. 1st, I could not afford this only a few weeks after paying 5000.00 for the. installation of the exterior cameras and a month before that spending thousands to alarm the interior of my house, due to a robbery. 2nd, I did not want to continually have to repair the outside cameras at this price since they just told me it happens all the time only recently, I was told by an outside source that the installation was bad and.

They have called us twice to let us know they are running late, and its always 5 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Big waster of everyones time. very unreliable. and rates have increased every time they show up. finding new company to work with

We have been extremely impressed with the service from Electronic Alarms. The evening service call to rectify a short in the main panel, the phone call warning us of a water leak in the basement before the alarm even sounded, and finally, the timely reconfiguration of the doorbell camera after the cable company upgrade to our network were all professional, courteous, and accurate.

We especially appreciate the follow-up calls after the events to make sure everything is still operating smoothly. The technicians we have dealt with, namely Brian and Neil, were excellent. Judy in the office is always tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Their recommendations for service have always been made with our specific needs and constraints in mind, and Henry's thoughtful guidance in updating our system was invaluable. We feel completely comfortable with Electronic Alarms and are truly grateful for their assistance in keeping our family and our home safe.

Extremely unreliable service. They took a security screen in April and as of now, it has still not been returned. Promises to return it, or even to return my calls, are unfulfilled.

Terrible! A month after i spent 7 thousand dollars with this company, a lightening storm shorted every single camera. This company had no surge protectors in any of kind in their outside cameras. they refused to fix or replace my outside cameras calling it an "act of God"

Worst service ever, unreliable, unprofessional, wasted 2 weeks waiting for a quote. They do not even return your calls to say they are INCAPABLE of preforming real up to code tasks. STAY AWAY
