SO glad we are moved and done with EPS. Whenever THEY need to update their equipment, it involves a longer contract. We sold the home, moved out, yet their equipment remains, and they charged a hefty fee at the end, claiming that they somehow prorated it and cut us a deal. Don't like them at all. They have been paid - would not use them again.

Every holiday that I'm scheduled to be open, EPS locks my doors and I can't get into my own business. Customer service is not available and it's very very frustrating.

Great service and efficient communication. The install crew 3 years ago was very conscientious and took attention to detail. The service schedule has prevented us from having any equipment problems.

We have been using EPS service for several years. Always very pleasant and helpful. Our sales rep Kerry is great! Had a couple alarm set offs while not at home and they took action and called us, luckily just the doors not shut tight! Thanks for your promptness.

Humble, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, useful, timely- yes I may run out of words in talking about Laura Topp a sales person who works at EPS. She never came across as sales person she seemed to be happy working at my house like her own house. I had so many better quotes on security from other companies she made me believe in EPS and their services.

To me she is my EPS. We haven't had our installation and service done yet so can't speak on that. But I can assure if one agent of this company is so professional it's very highly unlikely chance that company will be unprofessional. I want to trust them because of LauraTopp- I highly recommend her.

EPS continues to bill you even after you cancel. They are rude and do not work with anyone. I will not recommend them to ANYONE!

EPS was great from start to finish. The sales consultant worked with me to plan a system that would work in my home. The installation went pretty well and the gentlemen were very personable. I feel very confident in EPS helping to keep my family and home safe.

Just when you thought customer service was gone for good. I spoke with Laura, a separate customer service representative, who was courteous and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our experience with EPS team! A few highlights. Sales rep was very professional and didn't push anything more than what we needed or asked for. System has great functionality - from touchscreen on control panel to mobile apps - super convenient and easy to use. Installation by a friendly technician of our security, fire and SkyBell was easier than expected and done on time.

One of our favorites is the SkyBell door bell/camera - from safety of knowing who's outside our door to answering a "call" when we're away from home. Overall, it's about our peace of mind and EPS delivered!

EPS was great to work with. The sales team answered all of my questions, and the installers were not only super friendly but also efficient. They finished my install ahead of schedule. We've tried a few other systems. The national brands and DIY stuff. But we've never been happier with EPS. The local monitoring and customer service is hands down the best we've experienced. We didn't have to wait long to get the system installed, which was great because we needed it right away. And anytime the alarm has gone off (for whatever reason) we get phone calls from the local monitoring station within seconds.

It's a little extra piece of mind that goes a LONG way. And it's not just the security of our system. It's the convenience too. With the doorbell camera and the smart lock we added, it's easy to let the cleaners in to clean or anyone else that might be working on the house. We're very pleased with EPS and will continue to recommend. Thank you, EPS.

I think EPS is dishonest. My land line was cut with construction so I cancelled service and they continued to bill me despite multiple conversations to stop service. I had to Pay the bill because they threstened to harm My credit. Many people I know have had similar experiences. This is my first negative FB post but I think this scam should be stopped.
