Repeatedly telling me "your call is important to us" during the wait while on hold does not equate to me believing my call is actually important to you. Conversely, after listening to your automated attendant tell me about the importance of my call over a forty minute wait on hold.let's see repeated roughly every 15 seconds for 40 minutes equals 160 repeats makes me think my call could not be of lesser importance to you. AND STOP PUTTING COMMERCIALS IN YOUR RECORDINGS.

This company bought out FE Moran in Indianapolis. F E Moran was great. This company not so great. Their customer service is terrible. Do not use them!

The sales person promises you more than installer can deliver. The cameras that were installed were of poor quality - could barely see faces. We specifically indicated what the problem was and that we needed night vision. The installer Chris was professional and great. The app is fun to use. After a while the company would always call my teenage daughter or my partner when alarm would go off and not me. Cancelling service is impossible as they don't return your calls.

Unorganized, unappreciative management, very clicky and down right rude company to work for. They seem caring and attentive to the customers but not to their employees. You can do 100 jobs correctly and no recognition but if you make one small mistake they interrogate you and immediately jump to conclusions before getting both side of the story. You are guilty until proven innocent.

Securitas bought our our alarm monitoring company. Since then it's been a disaster. They promise the moon and deliver nothing. False alarms galore, they changed the phone number to call in on without any notice, takes almost an hour to get called about a fire alarm fault. They won't usually return calls or follow up on issues. Worst experience with an Alarm Monitoring Service ever. The building is likely to burn down before anyone gets notified if ever! Run Away from them.

Driver license plate number BVH 591 MN. I was driving in the highway when the driver on a small dodge work van from this company was driving below the speed limit on the fast lane, a few driver try to take over and he will break check you and flash his High beams. I was driving in a XL work van loaded with tile floors and the break check created a chain reaction that made the tiles boxes fly all over the van. I hope they can have a conversation with that driver. 11/06/20 @ 6:30 PM.

FE Moran went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our fire alarm system at my place of business. After determining that we had a faulty smoke detector, they were able to dispatch a technician with short notice to get our system repaired and reset. All of my interactions from the original notice to the dispatcher to The technician were top shelf, very professional, and super responsive. Thanks for the great service.

I used to work here and they tried stealing my last paycheck because I took vacation time (was made to take time off for positive covid test) their reasoning being I wasnt there a full year and i owed them for time taken off. Lol BUYER BEWARE SHADY COMPANY

While they have a good looking building that they got from the previous owners and did some minor changes to. The actual employees, are rude, and I'm not counting the security guard at the front desk whom of which is more than likely contracted out to a 3rd party company, for liability reasons. I'm referring to Human Resources, and those in charge or hiring.

I went in for an interview and the entire time the guy I had interviewing me, was consistently mean-mugging me, and borderline condescending with the questions that he was asking me. You make a job posting for a position, and say no experience necessary and that you are willing to train, and then get upset when I come in with 1 year security experience, (more than your posting asked for to begin with) but no call center experience.

It doesn't make much sense and quite frankly it's disrespectful, as all you and your company did was waste my time, when I could of very well easily of been interviewing somewhere else. Just be prepared before you do anything with this company, and take everything that you read on their site or postings, with a grain of salt.

Moran alarm has been great to work with since I got started with them in 2011! I am very satisfied with their response time to any activation, even when it was my fault. They have been very helpful with technical questions and suggestions for upgrades to our system. I previously worked with another alarm service, and never got the level of support that I get from Moran!

Matt Bailey was very friendly to deal with. He was also very knowledgeable regarding how to solve the issue we were having. His follow up was good after we went through a sequence of steps - he called back after we completed the steps we had to do here at home to make sure everything was OK. We appreciated his help. Working with the staff at FE Moran has been wonderful. I could not be more pleased with the promptness I have experienced while working with Lyndsey in getting our appointments set up. Our tech Shaun was so patient while teaching our staff what to do in an emergency situation. He is also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am so happy that we chose FE Moran for our security needs.

We had FE Moran inspect our property for the fire system. I cant say enough good things about FE Moran. They were on time. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained step by step what he was doing. Also Explained and answered all questions from the report at the end of the inspection. Lindsay was also very knowledgeable and was outstanding with helping of inspection questions. Lindsey I felt went above and beyond to help with scheduling of work that needed to be done. Both of these representatives of FE Moran are complete assets to the company. FE Moran is very lucky to have both of them on their team

Very impressed with Scott. He took the time to answer our questions, explained what he was doing and made sure our system was working properly. Very pleasant man. Also, I met with Lyndsey with some concerns about the new equipment and questions about our contract. Not only was she so pleasant and patient with me she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall our experience with FE Moran, Scott and Lyndsey rated 5 stars. I recently had to call for a repair due to a problem with a window sensor. Service technician arrived and worked on the sensor and it seemed like the problem was resolved. Next day the issue reoccurred and another service technician arrived and ended up replacing the sensor. I paid the bill at that time. The next day Customer Service called and stated our account had been credited.

I explained the charge included a new sensor. Customer Service advised that they understood, but that a customer's time is very important and they were not going to charge us since they had to make two visits for the same issue. I let customer service know that I knew I had made the right choice by going with F. E. Moran. By the way, both service technicians were very polite and professional with a high degree of competence. Great experience and great company.
