Great service and owner operated. I own commercial business's and buildings as well as residential homes. I have been utilizing their service since 1992 and just recently installed another system with cameras. I wanted the top of the line camera system but the owner advised it was not necessary that their standard system was more than efficient. He was 100% right. Love the quality and he saved me hundreds of dollars that wasn't necessary. Would highly recommend this company for sure.

I had called several times to try and get a quote for their monitoring service because we purchased a house with a system that they installed. First of all they never answered the phone during business hours (non-emergency) and I must have called over 6 times on different days. I finally got a call back and wanted to get a quote and for someone to come out and take a look.
The woman was nice on the phone, but I was told I would get a quote and/or a call back. Told her it was urgent due to insurance reasons and it's been 5 days and nothing. Have called again, but no answer. This doesn't give me any confidence in their service. I'd be willing to pay more to have someone switch over the equipment and get monitored by someone else.
