George Alarm Company provides timely sales and service for any need we have from fire and burglar monitoring and testing in Commercial applications to the installation of security cameras.

As a Residential Director of CILA homes in Illinois I need to know that I can trust the Contractors I use to put equipment into the homes that I operate. George Alarm is a company that I trust. George Alarm has installed 15 systems to date with 5 more systems upcoming for me. They have always gone above and beyond to meet my deadlines and ensure that the systems are installed correctly.
There systems always meet the Fire Marshals requirements and are easy for my staff to learn. If you are looking to install a system and want individuals who will complete the job in a timely manner with a great attitude I would recommend George Alarm.

Started my career at this company back in the early 80's, the training and experience has served me well in the alarm industry, the George's were good people, I sometimes think of Don and Jeanette and how they built the company from scratch, this is a family owned and operated business, they allowed me the opportunity to ride along and make something of myself, I sometimes wonder what might have happened if I'd stayed. George Alarm has always been known as the oldest, most experienced, and best alarm company in Springfield IL. Their staff are all friendly, courteous, and professional. My system was professionally installed quickly with top of the line equipment and works flawlessly. Their central station staff responds quickly (in my case to self caused false alarms!).
They can also monitor anywhere you ask them to which is why we chose them for our daughter's security needs in Chicago. If we choose to relocate anywhere in the US they will be there for us. George Alarm is simply the best home and business security company there is!

This place would be an excellent company if the higher ups would take a look at whom they have actually in the call center. Don't get me wrong, they do have some good workers but then they have some that don't and won't play by the rules.and let it role down hill to the ones that don't speak up! Please if your reading this speak up to the owner's. They need to know what is actually going on in that call center!
