GMR is a GREAT company and I am honored to be part of the team! I joined the GMR family in 2014 and have served in many different positions over the last 6+ years. They value their employees and customers alike and are always willing to go the extra mile (no matter the cost). I am so thankful that I can say, "I love my job!"

Training was pretty trash like the others say, but if you put in the effort it might work out ok for you. Kinda poorly managed in general, but at least the CEO is willing to buy you drinks haha. I had a good time I guess.

I have worked for GMR for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say it has been the best experience and best company I have ever worked for. One of the biggest things that is important to this business is a culture of integrity, which I really appreciate. We do not do things half-heartedly and will not allow a product to go out the door without full effort to ensure it is the best possible product for our customer. In saying that, leadership also does an incredible job about caring deeply about individual employees themselves; I have never felt so taken care of! Thank you GMR!

They claim to be family and Christian based but they set their employees up for failure. They are very unprofessional and talk to their employees like trash. Poor training, Trash pay, horrible communication skills! STAY AWAY! They are horrible people and care NOTHING for their employees!

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star. MR Garrity is correct, training is beyond sorely inadequate. They send you out with barely an idea of what you're doing and then they set you up for failure, although they call it opportunity to shine. Do not work for this company.
