Many promises to upgrade equipment, buy back inferior equipment.and then absolutely nothing. Despite many calls, John never showed up again. But the bills keep showing up despite the fact that the house was monitored for maybe a week before i removed the sub-standard equipment.don't fall for his pitch.

This business is despicable. After being a loyal customer for 3+years for services monitoring my 95 year old mother, she passes away 2 weeks after the 1 year automatic contract renewal kicked in. We tried to talk with the owner to see if a settlement could be reached in lieu of 50 weeks of payments to monitor a dead person. It's been 7 months and after numerous phone calls, (the owner was conveniently never in and we live out of state) and a letter addressing the situation, NOTHING, no response at all. We're not asking for a free pass, just an opportunity to discuss a mutual settlement. Amazing how friendly they were when my mother was still alive. Stay clear of these people.
