For several months we received non-urgent calls after hours and weekends even though nothing seemed to be wrong with the system - no one is breaking in and there isn't a fire - so why are they calling after hours?. Finally got a guy out to do a thorough check. After he left, got two false alarms over the next few weeks - one of which was a faulty smoke alarm.
The owner is willing to fix the issues but in the end, the system still isn't working. Icing on the cake was when I called in because our smoke detector went off with absolutely no smoke in the house (wasn't cooking and no one smokes).
