Our personnel training takes into account each client's individual needs for each assignment. Aside from the mandatory 20 and 40 hour training classes, we also offer extensive in house training.
Illinois Security Services, Inc. is a full-service security company providing professional and highly trained Armed and Unarmed Security Guards. All Illinois Security Guards are put through an intense screening and hiring process. All guards are then subject to a background check, drug testing, finger prints and must meet current state requirements for training and licensing by the Department of Financial Professional Regulations. Our guards also receive ongoing training during their term at Illinois Security Services.

They do not have direct deposit no benefits. The company does not have that many sites. The company cars are very dirty in the inside. One site the car I drove in had bedbugs and the company talk to their employees very disrespectful. Out of all the companies I worked for I would advise people not to work here.
