What a disappointment. A tech came and signed us up and then refused to work with our system saying that the window contacts were not something they would work with. He did not offer to replace them, saying that we had to hire another company to do this even though they were supposed to work with the parts that were here. From the beginning he clearly did not want to be here.
We called and were told to speak to Jerry, in order to cancel the contract. After some phone tag we spoke. He insisted that they had never paid us a visit so our report of a rude, dismissive tech was incorrect. We really had to push him, and he finally "found" a record of the visit. Obviously the technician made no notes at all. He said that they would not have refused to work with what we have. Jerry's tone was combative from the beginning. There was no offer of trying to make it right, i.e., fixing the problems we were having with our alarm. They just wanted their money.
