Sold me defective locks. Also looked used. Ask to exchange and told me all sales final. Also threaten me. He was not professional at all. Well got right locks. and are installed. Beware of this store

Very Professional people! Did an Amazing job on my Locks and Keys.

Called another company yesterday and they kept telling us they would be to our house but never showed. Hubby called Houdini and they showed up 15 mins after our call, quoted and us a lower price than the other company. Matt was very professional! Thank you! Service: Car lockouts

Stay away from this company. We had occasion to call them for an emergency on Sunday. The initial charge was for 187.00 just to show up. They charged a grand total of 700.00. They has a credit card on hand so we had to pay. On the following day an intruder entered our building. We reached out to them to request they return to check their work performed on the previous day.

The response was- there is a charge to come out again, in addition the gentleman was very rude and refused to return to the building to check the work. Truly they lived up to the Houdini name.

Requested a single copy of my mailbox key. Cost about $3. Was told there was a $25 credit minimum, and that there was no nearby ATM. Purchased a can of pepper spray, handed to me by the cashier. Got home and realized pepper spray expired in 2012. Checked receipt, which said "Refund Policy- All Sales Final". I recommend KeyMe.

Larry bent over backwards to make sure our new home was safe and secure. Whenever I call him night or day he responds rapidly and finds the best most cost effective solution. I've been using him for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Avoid this company at all costs. Be particularly wary of Larry. They rushed me into signing an incomplete work order/invoice during Thanksgiving week, busiest on one of the busiest of the year for my business. They preformed the task with no estimate, and then charged me 3-5 times than what I expected to pay.

Larry came out to my house after hours (~6PM) was extremely nice, and easily able to fox and diagnose the issue with my front door. He was able to offer suggestions on new locks to replace my current and was very good with my children who were locked out with me and my wife. I would highly recommend to anyone needing lock smith assistance.

The Broad street location is a place to avoid. The guy I delt with was rude, and not very helpful. Customer service is not this location's thing. He charged me $40 to rekey a cylinder! unbelievable! A contractor friend of mine went here to have a cylinder rekeyed and he was quoted $60! These were both conventional front door cylinders. We opted to use another place where they charged $7. Avoid this place!

I went into their Broad Street store and the Locksmith was very nice and knowledgeable on all things locks and keys. I had a Locksmith question about an Electronic Lock and he got a hold of one of their Security Engineers; who was great. I bought that lock and they built the bypass key to match my back door. Excellent!
