In 1993, Jon's Lock & Key incorporated and later changed the name to Pro Security Products dba Jon's Lock & Key Inc. to reflect the direction and focus of the company to high security and electronic locking systems.

I shopped around for price, they were the lowest. I did not need an appointment, they work out of their offce. The service was fast while I waited. They were knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and year. The store is tidy. They asked me questions and they checked for possible problems. What's more I could sit and nap in their armchair whilr I waited.

I can't tell you how nice it is to deal with a locksmith that is not out to nickel and dime you on every transaction. When I need a locksmith, this is the only place that I go. They have treated me right in every situation I have thrown at them. Usually when I go in, it is auto related (car keys, fob programming, etc.) They have the tools to program old and new cars alike and always charge a reasonable rate. I have yet to find a local shop that has better prices. Great service with the best prices in town? Yep. this is where you want to be.

We are an older couple. I lost my fob to our Nissan Rogue but needed it to be programmed. We visited them and both the owner and his associate had to take about an hour to get it reprogrammed. They were very patient and the owner really was knowledgeable. It was also done for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone needing this service, and plan to visit them again as they carry a variety of safes and door locks. Best customer service we've gotten in a long time!

We had this company re-key locks for us after we moved in (years ago) and we bought a matching lock for a new exterior door we added last summer (no reason they would remember us). But last Friday was my lucky day! One of the deadbolt knobs suddenly stopped working, just spinning and pulled right off. I visited the store and found out I needed a tiny allen wrench/ hex key.
I asked where I could buy one, but they had an extra one they offered to give to me. The fact that I didn't have to hunt one down saved me time and some dollars! Thank you so much! : )
