Great company, good pay. Iv been with them almost a year now and I enjoy my job and people I work with. Management is prompt to help and willing to find a solution. Overall for me one of the best security company iv had the pleasure of working for.

Was a employee. the pay was great and certain people I worked for were amazing and I learned alot from! But the management was trash communication between our boss over 2 plus hrs away and communication with the warden at the job sight was terrible. Our boss never seemed to know what was going on. As a security offices you base off of facts this company gos off assumptions and thrives on drama it's a money game for them as long as they keep the contract is all they care no matter who they screw over in the end. Reporting things you've noticed and see will also get you in trouble because they will try to spin it on yourself. Unpaid range qualifications and having to drive 2 plus hrs out of my way to get qualified and not get paid.

This is after they found out we were not sopost to use state weapons and the company was sopost to issues us weapons that now makes 2 qualifications unpaid for. The turn over rate is unreal and always short handed and all we got from our boss to fill the spots was we are months later still no one.

P & G Security is a great organization. After reading some of the reviews; it is obvious some [adults] don't take the responsibility for their own actions. There was one guy who wrote that he failed a drug test, but still some how blamed his experience on P & G. Wow! Most reviews are only negative due to personal reasons. These type employees will have issues no matter where they go. I am a gracious employee and only have good interaction with the fine staff. Stop complaining about personal bad decisions and grow up.

As an employee, I absolutely love working here. I read these bad reviews and laugh because I know why people don't like us. These bad reviews are from people that have either been fired for drug use or patrons that were removed for misconduct. Our administration isn't perfect but by far it's the best I've had in this field. I can't comment on the client side of the company.

To be successful in this career you need to be professional and only a little flexible. You must understand that the administration is people too, there's only so much stuff one person can do. As a guard I love my management because they talk to you about everything that is going on in the background. I love most of the other guards I've worked with because if a client stats gossip it's reported and goes back to the guard.

I've been told by management that someone doesn't like me and is saying I'm not doing my job while the same person chats with me all night long at my post, snacking with me and sometimes even walking the property with me. People lie about guards all the time to try to get a cheeper bill. We are professionals. And my administration really does care about how we are treated as employees.

Been working with this company now for about a year and a half. Pay is decent enough, personally just signed up to be better then I was yesterday and every shift helps me hone my skills and teamwork while also being able to ask better questions. I've gotten alot of good experience from this enviroment and James is respectful and understanding, co-workers are well balanced. Funny, relaxed, and serious at times, have not had any issues with internal babble or disrespectful leadership.

If you cannot be trusted to pass a drug test, then how can you be trusted with a job that is dictionarily acquainted to guarding an person, place and or, postiton. Good company, ranking system is good, medium standards, long hours.

I used to work with them. James would have me on the hook and always expect me to run at a moments notice with out much respect to what I happened to be doing or the time of day. His thing was to already promises the customer at short notice that some one would be there before asking the guard themselves. He would loosely promise a big site I could go to but would never deliver and would be disrespectful to me when I would ask him questions.

He's not a good boss. If you work there or are planning to good luck and just be ready for those short term places you will go to with the promises of more that never deliver. My suggestion is to go around town and collect cans at least that way you won't have these disrespectful people being condensing to you when you ask questions

Tried to apply for a post doing national guard locations, my person who interviewed me was humliating, highly unprofessional, never contacted me back after claiming she would do so, currently a few weeks later as of this review. I met all qulifications they was seeking plus security experience and a valid security, active hard copy. She done nothing but insult me during the interview, even shouted into the lobby to make sure others could join in on a laugh at my expense, just because I had a relative that worked there previously and did not work out for them.

Even though it was a distent relative who I do not communicate with. I felt the only reason she called me into the interview was strictly to insult me, and my intelligence and family, while wasting my time and fuel. I would highly recommend no one to go here. In case there are other offices the one in this review is strictly towards the Salisbury office.

I truly only wish I remembered the ladies name who interviewed me. I think it was something close to Tammy or Terry? Unsure at the time due to this review is placed a few weeks out. Waited ample time just to see if I would get a call back before reviewing this location.

I was supposedly hire because I was Highly Recommended for the job. They sent me to weapons certification class and they gave me urinalysis test at the firing range in which I failed but Ciara said to me that someone will contact me in 2-3 days. She said Terry will call me. I have not received a call and I hate a company that lies to people. I can't say this is a great company. The expectations and respect are gone for this company.

I worked for this company at the NC Air National Guard Base in Charlotte. I'm a disabled Veteran and I was terminated for not being able to shave even though they knew about this condition before I was hired. I was forced to let the military supervisor speak to my doctor about my disability conditions and that is against the federal ADA guidelines I was later terminated and just told that they couldn't allow me to work the post bc of me not being able to shave.

Our point of contact Terry S. Doesn't respond to calls or text In a timely manner. I never received my tax forms and I was told its my responsibility to send them another pre addressed envelope so they can send them off again now here it is July 15 and I've still not received it. I don't recommend this company to any veterans or any security officer looking for a job.
