Had Alonso from KPS out today to install our security system and it was such a great experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The builder of our new home dry walled over the security cables and boxes and he was fast acting and able to retrofit our system due to the builders mistakes. He thoroughly explained everything at both the panel and on the app. We're glad to have this extra layer of protection in our home.

We should have known we were not dealing with professionals when the confirmation for our appointment was scheduled and it included a 555 number. First thing, the technician just showed up at our door with no warning which is not customary for any other service provider. On the diagram from our builder, it clearly stated that we were to have a keypad on the ground floor and the master.
The tech tells me only in the ground floor and the sales rep calls my husband and says that they only priced one keypad in. I work from home and was on a call and the tech was loudly talking on the phone in my home. Then, they installed my alarm keypad in the wrong place. It was not per the diagram that was signed off on by the builder. We signed a contract for security before drywall had even been installed.
They told me they would have to do significant rewiring to get the panel where it needed to be. I was hesitant to go with them in the first place. Super disorganized and chaotic.

I had been having some problems with my system ever since I upgraded. Jose the technician from KPS came out to my house today, and was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took his time, and diagnosed the problem, and fixed what needed to be corrected. He kept me informed as to what was going on, and what he needed to do to remedy the situation.
At the end of the visit he got me set up with the alarm app on my phone, and walked me through the steps to activate, and deactivate my system. I was very pleased with his work, and he was a very pleasant individual. KPS, Jose is a tremendous asset to your company, and you should be very proud of his work. I would welcome him into my home anytime.

Brandon, the technician, did a great job with the installation and explaining everything I needed to know about the system. He went above and beyond to giving me tips on how to install my own doorbell camera if I decided to do so. Thanks, Brandon. About KPS: there were some communication mishaps at first, but they totally owned up to their mistakes and more than made it up to me. I am a pretty satisfied customer. Thank you, KPS!

The KPS tech was courteous, timely, and professional. He took the time to explain the setup and demonstrate the smart devices he was installing and also made sure to make sure we were able to operate them correctly. I appreciated that he showed up on time and was very good at communicating and following up during the entire process.

I had a bad cable with my new construction build. Jose came out to diagnose and fix it. It wasn't easy but he worked through it and got a new cable ran. He explained everything along the way, set/met expectations. He is a great example of a skilled and dedicated employee. I wish there were more like him. Good Job KPS / Jose. Happy 4th!

Brandon from KPS did a great job in setting up my internet - both wireless and direct plug-in. He was very nice and best of all, very knowledgeable in what he did. I have couple issues and Brandon quickly resolved them all. I was very happy with his service and glad to have him as the technician setting up my internet!

Could not have asked for a better technician than Cesar. So knowledgeable and friendly. Explained very step he was doing and gave some recommendations. Had a nice chat with him as he set up my alarm system. He also said that if I had any questions or concerns, to just reach out to him. That is awesome service. I'm sure I will have some questions and will be reaching out. Glad I went with KPS and glad they sent Cesar out for the service.
