Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This is the guy that uses foul language towards people on the road. Tik Tok Videos of him yelling and just being rude towards citizens. Can't even drive right. Got your one star for being rude and nasty!

My apt complex has been using this company for a month or two. I have my own security camera, so I can see when they come into our parking lot and leave. It's usually a quick drive through at off hours (like 8 pm) and they rarely get out of the car to walk the property, which has been requested. This morning, they literally took photos of the complex from the car as they drove through the parking lot, likely to prove they were here and make it look like they got out of the car.

I have had to send video to my manager several times to prove that they were not walking the property. When my apt manager asked for improvements to be made to the schedule, they stopped coming for days. Would not recommend.

I was driving south bound on I-5 at 5 in the morning and I was already doing about 62 and one of their personnel started gaining on my rear QUICKLY and went flying past me doing at least 75. Watch your people nighthawk, they're not allowed to speed just because your a security company, that person could cause an accident for speeding recklessly like they were.

Great place to work! When you are polite, respectful to your coworkers and superiors, use common sense and SHOW UP ON TIME TO YOUR SHIFTS, you get to keep your job! It's honestly not hard to work here, and I'm grateful for this place and these people. They have given me a home here. As the one behind the computer here, I can assure you we are respectful and professional and responsive.

I have been with the company for a few months. It's a great company to work for. Professional staff and an amazing management team. Mix that with by far the most positive work environment. I highly recommend anyone looking for security work to come here first.

This employer doesn't liive up to what they tell you they're going to do in your interview. Often they will only place you 1 day a week and that's not enough to live on.

I used this company for a construction site and chose them for their price. Timeliness and communication was poor, but apologies were quick. I should have been quicker to find better service. All the people I had interactions with were very nice and apologetic, but these "I'm sorry, I don't know where the guard is" conversations should not have happened as often as they did including missing a 12 hour shift and not notifying us that the site was unguarded and unpatroled.

I learned it was unguarded by an unscheduled site visit by the tenant who called me and said it was unguarded. I called to find out what when why how, they said sorry, didn't have anyone to cover, next guard will be on site as scheduled. That's half a Sunday I won't get back. If you're a construction site, I recommend going elsewhere.

It's more than fair for a former employee to leave an honest review. The truth is, under old management, this company was poorly run, employees were not treated great, there was no health coverage for full time employees, and onsite officers were not permitted lunch breaks. The new management, however, has changed all of this and is improving employee morale, which is beginning to reflect into their service.

I have had to call this company many times due to the apartments I live in. 9 times out of 10 They never show up to investigate the random ppl smoking and using drugs at a children's park right next to my apartment building or random ppl walking around car prawling; but will call to tell you they checked the situation out but everything looks okay.

I work late at night so I come home to feel unsafe and never not knowing what to expect when I get out of my car. They don't do their job and they shouldn't even be considered to be a security company. If they were doing their job there wouldn't be all these random ppl just hanging out at a child's park at 1 or 2 am.
