I have been using Lowitt alarms for 9 years and am very happy with the service. Both the office staff and the service people are friendly and competent. Very easy to work with and great service.

My family has been with lowitt for more then 25 years. They are an excellent company and they provide excellent service. I feel safe knowing they are monitoring our home day and night. If anyone is looking for an alarm company i highly recommend lowitt.

Lowitt Alarms for has been our alarm monitoring and service company for nearly 20 years They handle our daily monitoring and all our alarm service needs We have contracts for both and are very pleased with both. They are reliable and professional and honest. A few years back we had them install a whole new alarm system in our home. We've been with Lowitt for over 25 years. They've always been prompt, attentive, knowledgeable, and cost effective. We had a Father and Son Alarm Company servicing our home when we first bought our house. Lowitt bought out that Company and we've been with them ever since. When we remodeled our house, Lowitt upgraded and installed all new equipment at a very reasonable cost. This was done in 2006. We highly recommend Lowitt for all of your Alarm and Security needs. Haver been with Lowitt for close to 10 years. Monitoring service always on top of its game when alarm may be tripped. They are polite and efficient if police need to be dispatched. Service from technicians to diagnose problems and/or replace parts is very thorough.

I have been using Lowitt Alarms for several years. Their service is outstanding and response to any service calls is very quick. The fact that they own their own Central Station Monitoring Center (Metrodial), is another reason to use Lowitt Alarms for all of your security needs.

If you're looking for an alarm system or for service, Lowitt should definitely be on your to do list. Been with them for d3cades and very pleased.

We were very disappointed in their service. First, the equipment kept breaking down and, despite numerous service calls, the problem was never resolved. And then there's the contract. We signed a 5-year contract, but moved out of the house 4 months before the end of the contract. We discovered that while there's a termination clause for Lowitt, the customer had no cancellation clause.

They demanded that we pay for the last 4 months, even though the contract was cancelled. We were lucky it was 4 months and not 4 years. So, if you sign with this company, MAKE SURE TO READ THE CONTRACT AND ALL THE SMALL PRINT so you know what what you're getting into.

We recently had an attempted burglary at our home while we were away. Central Station notified us (through voice message since we were unavailable) and the police immediately when the alarm went off. They were very professional and followed through with contacting all our emergency contacts when they were unable to reach us. We have a service contract with them and they always respond immediately when we contact them. We highly recommend Lowitt Alarms & Security Systems.
