We have been with them for many years at multiple locations and have had great service throughout. We even had a fire at our business in 2015 and if it was not for their service we would of lost the whole building versus the small damage that was contained.

A security company has but one job: to keep their customers safe by responding IN A TIMELY MANNER to an alarm THAT MAY BE AN EMERGENCY. Last night, and not for the first time, the response to my alarm was inexcusably late. But according to Seacoast, there was indeed an excuse: They were busy. Oh, well, then. Yes, "an unusual number" of calls all at once, I was told.

The same kind of response we all get from so many of the companies we contact when are put on interminable hold. Never do we hear the honest answer: "We don't have enough employees." Very disappointed in Seacoast.

Seacoast security honestly made upgrading our existing security system so much easier. We switched because of some issues with adt and couldn't be happier. Our salesperson, Jordan, was helpful from the Itailie phone call all the way through installation and afterward.

I would give Seacoast Security 10 Stars if possible. They Exceeded my expectations! Best Customer service, and Quality security system. When Jordan came estimate my home and security needs. He knew exactly how to cover Every area of my property. Also cameras, system he picked was Top Quality! The Technicians he sent were Awesome. Clean workmanship, and highly knowledgeable.

These guys came and measured my places and promised me an estimate and then COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF and since that time I have been broken into AGAIN. Thanks for NOTHING Seacoast "Fake" Security, You didn't do anything to help me and I don't trust a word your guy said to me now. VERY DISAPPOINTED! If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR I would! :
