Mautz Security, Inc. was established by Ed and Annette Mautz in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1984 as the security systems contractor for Sears, Roebuck Co. While in the partnership with Sears we learned the value of guaranteeing customers the satisfaction they deserve. Mautz Security, Inc. grew rapidly as a result of high customer satisfaction and referrals.
Mautz Security Solutions is partnered up with Sentrynet to offer our clients the most state of the art monitoring available. With our state of the art monitoring, you never have to leave your home or business and worry about what could happen. We are monitoring your home or business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mautz Security Solutions can service and monitor almost ALL security systems installed by another company. It is very important to ensure you are not under a contractual agreement that will obligate you to the other company before transferring services to Mautz Security Solutions. If you currently have a system you want monitored, we will connect the monitoring on the system and verify proper operation of all existing equipment connected to the system.Mautz Security Solutions will do this at NO CHARGE with a signed 36 month agreement.
We can monitor all major brands of alarm systems. In most cases this process takes about 1 hour to complete. There is no charge for us to come to your location and hook up your system to our state of the art monitoring service. Weekly by the alarm user, when you make any changes to your phone service, after experiencing any phone line troubles, when you notice system malfunctions, and after heavy lightning storms.

Still giving them one star but thought I'd update that the company finally refunded my money in March. I shouldn't have had to jump through hoops for It though since the alarm worked 2 days in January and I had already paid for the entire month.
