Metroguard Licensed by the State of Connecticut, Department of Emergency Services & Public Protection, Division of State Police, Metroguard Inc. Security Services is a state-licensed security agency (#AS-2851) offering Residential and Commercial security and security guard services throughout Fairfield County, CT. We are not a mass employer of security guards but instead recruit, select, and train only those individuals whose orientation and motivation are in congruence with our Mission Statement.

Our highly trained force consists primarily of former Military Police Officers, former local Police Officers, as well as other law enforcement personnel with years of experience and dedication.
Services
Metroguard's owners and company management team are all well experienced professionals with many years of experience in the security industry. Our closely knit management team allows for team members to respond quickly to emergency, unusual or unscheduled security service requests or client problems.
Your home is your most valuable asset. Moreover, your home is your sanctuary, so even just the sense of being "violated" is overwhelming. Metroguard Security has uniformed and licensed security officers on-duty consistently for rapid response to home security alarms. Being key-holders means we can actually get inside, investigate the cause(s), and resolve any issues before you, or your loved ones, return home.
While maintaining its traditional commitment to security, we now offer clients consulting and training in safety and risk management. We have a staff of former and current police, fire, and EMS professionals to perform safety audits and conduct any relevant training or follow up needs of our clients.
All local police are heavily burdened with false alarms from security systems. Responding to those alarms, therefore, is not one of their highest priorities and upon arrival, they can only inspect the outside or portions of the outside, of the premises. They cannot determine if someone is hiding inside of the building, or if the heating system failed and the building is slowly freezing, or if a pipe burst and the building is flooding. These and numerous other problems, cannot be detected by police on their routine alarm calls.

Worked they for a year as alarm response guard very dangerous job was putting in almost 80 to 90 hours a week the operations manager back then Marek was terrible rude and unprofessional and was always calling me to pull double shifts the owners back then john and frank didn't care and needed to retire they had very good people working for them and plus myself and treated us in unprofessional manner and wasn't paying the rate that we were worth due to our experience and our backgrounds. Hopefully now things have change new owners ive seen and heard they invested into the company and heard good stuff about them from their current employees hopefully they go from here to the better

Got an email from John Eastwood stating to give him a call he might have work for me in Bridgeport. When I called they got an attitude and said he has my number and he'll call me back. There scumbags.
