Nelson Alarm

Nelson alarm was fantastic! We needed 8 security cameras (4 indoor, 4 outdoor) at our business. The work they did was fast, affordable, and even better than we expected! Their crew was great to work with too. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience with Nelson alarm. They were able to schedule and upgrade to our system with less than a weeks notice, and when they had a cancellation they offered an earlier slot to us. Spencer was the tech who came into upgrade our system and he was great. Very flexible with my schedule, efficient in getting it installed, and personable when showing me how to use the system. I have had my old alarm with Nelson Alarm for approximately 21 years. I started having some false alarms being sent in lately, and thought maybe, just maybe, after 21 years, it needed some service. And it did. Actually many of the parts had gone to rest and could not be purchased any longer. So, It was time for an upgrade. And what an upgrade it turned out to be.

I want to thank Tasha, who pays attention to the customer and the needs and is very informative as to how this was happening at the same time (about) every day. My sales person, Bob Lewis, who understood what I needed, and did not even try to oversell me. and especially our technicians, Rex, and Gus, and Finally their installer Josh. Josh made sure that all devices were operating nicely and I could get any info on the APP that is now letting me talk to the alarm.

His training was easily understood and very complete. Would I mention them to anyone? O yes, they are the best. If you go to them based on this review please let them know that Ray V sent you.
