NEVER AGAIN! I set my alarm off by mistake several months ago and called them to NOT have the police sent. They said they received no signal I asked them to come out and find out what was wrong-no one ever showed up after two other phone calls to them. I called them on Monday to get a tech service call set up and to tell them I was having problems with my alarm again and the guy YELLED AT ME because one of his workers was diagnosed with Covid 19 and they were shut down for two weeks. I CALMLY ASKED HOW CAN I GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED WITH maybe another alarm company. HE HUNG UP ON ME.Will NEVER call or recommend these guys again!
