In the USA, a burglary occurs every 15.4 seconds. On average, 1 out of every 6 homes will be burglarized this year. Half of all burglaries take place without forced entry. One study showed that 12 percent of burglaries occurred through an unlocked door. All operators were intensively trained on site by Chris Vetter of Micro Key Software of Kissimmee, Florida.

Andy came to reset our system and replace our battery after last week's storm. He took the time to refresh our memories on some components and triple checked all sensors before leaving. He was professional, friendly and had great positive energy. I HIGHLY recommend NOW. Great system, great service!

I have been trying to get a hold of them for several weeks and I haven't gotten a response. It's unprofessional in my mind.

New construction house. all wired great and up and running. Tech and secretary were great. Don't listen to the people that don't read contracts or are dirtbags that give declining credit cards for 30/40 bucks a month! Great company so far!

Just had a system installed about a month ago and they were wonderful. Their tech walked me through the entire process and was so patient with all of my questions. The system works great and my whole family loves feeling safe and secure. Thanks Now Security!

The only reason it's getting one star is because I cannot give it 0. For 2 years, unbeknownst to me, Now security was not even connected to or monitoring my house. It wasn't until I contacted the company about an issue that I was informed that they actually hadn't been connected for almost 2 YEARS! During that time they continued to bill me and collect payments, however.

Even after I spoke with them on multiple occasions, and discontinued payments since they were not providing me any service, they continued to send bills for "past due payments."

They lied to me, and tricked me to sign a paper and then send me a contract for 5 years. I told them I am a renter how can I pay for 5 years. The year was added with hand and pen. How can people trust a security company who rob people and lie? It's my warning to everyone, just run away from this company. Big liers!

Company is still billing me for cancelled service from 6 months ago as if I am still a customer. Called the day I replaced their service and followed up with a letter. Cancelled service after NOW was unresponsive to maintenance needs and other service requests. Never could get a return call.

I had an alarm system installed by Now Security on my new house that I was still remodeling at the time, I wasn't even living in there yet, in Jan of 2017. Anyway, they had my credit card on file (and my new address of the install) from when I started the contract with their company. In Oct. of 2018, I receive a phone call from Now Security and the woman says, "We ran a system maintenance and realized that your credit card has been declining for the last year and your balance with us is $1,200+". WHAT?

They let my account accumulate to that high of a balance for over a year and I never received any mail from them, no emails and no phone calls until a year later and now I owe them over $1,200 for their mistake of not managing their accounting system properly and their poor communication with their customers? How do you not know, as a company for an entire YEAR, that you weren't receiving payment? So, I tell the woman my frustration, and also tell her that I don't have $1,200 to just give them because they messed up.

She says, "Well, you can make a 'good faith' deposit today and we won't send you to collections". SEND ME TO COLLECTION?! I said, "No, I don't have any money until Feb of 2019, you'll have to wait". She says, "No problem, we'll work with you". Then a week later, she calls me again! I said, "Did you not understand the last time you agreed to wait that I don't have any money until Feb?".

She says, "Yes, we can wait, but if we don't have a payment arrangement in place before Feb, we'll have to start collection proceedings". This company has the nerve to threaten collections to a customer that they did not notify for over a YEAR that their credit card was declining, and it racked up the bill to over $1,200. I hope they do take me to collections, so that I have a reason to hire my lawyer. He's been bored for a while. Unreal.
