Our company believes in the design build process and works with each client a little uniquely. For true security we feel this process is a critical function, though we do offer turn key solutions.
We will dispatch on-site field engineers to troubleshoot installed systems and identify problematic equipment and then the find solutions to keep your systems current up and running. We then take malfunctioning equipment to one our service centers, check warranty status and provide quotes for prompt repair services. Our certified bench technicians will make every attempt to repair your equipment to component level before sending it to the manufacturer for depot level repairs.

Our repair turn around is 48hrs. If your equipment requires extensive repair we can provide "loaner" equipment in most cases. For example if your DVR or one of your cameras is not functional we can loan you one of ours while we repair yours.
