Palladion Services, LLC will provide its customers with the highest quality security and concierge services available in the marketplace. We will value our employees, take pride in our work and honor the trust bestowed by our customers. Honesty, integrity and professionalism will guide our conduct in all affairs.
Services
At Palladion, we believe that a security services company is only as good as its people. As a result, we strive to employ and retain those individuals most qualified to hold positions of trust and responsibility. To meet our standards, and to honor your trust, each prospective security officer undergoes one of the most thorough pre-employment selection processes in the security services industry.
The word Concierge is derived from the French phrase "comte des cierges", or "keeper of the candles", who took care of visiting noblemen in medieval castles. Over time, the concierge eventually came to be known as the person in charge of the keys at hotels and other public buildings. Recruited primarily from the hospitality industry, our concierges undergo the same rigorous selection process and pre-assignment training as our security officers.
Due to the demand for our services, Palladion has several full time management positions available. We require individuals who are professional and service oriented. Prior experience managing hourly personnel in a customer service environment is preferred. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and demonstrate strong communication skills is essential.

I left a review before. It was so bad, they deleted it. So. I'll post another one. You need to stay on top of these things, you know? Can't let a company get away with hiding honest reviews. Anyway. to put it simply. They are trash. Move on. And they will never call you back after an interview. Got it? Have a nice day.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value went for an interview at 11:30, was waiting amongst 15 other people. Over capacity and had people waiting outside the building. Waited 40 minutes for the interview and left. Beware of waitlist and unprofessionalism

I just moved from NY and started looking for work and scheduled an appointment for an interview at 11am. I waited for a total of 45mins before leaving. I called as soon as I got there and waited outside the building with no idea about the location of the entrance. (John, I'm assuming I spoke to on the phone) Someone answered my call and I said exactly that, that I was there and couldn't find the entrance.

The person I spoke to said he was in the middle of another interview and would meet with me shortly. 30mins later there was no call, no message and no information about when I was going to be seen. Horrible and unprofessional. Wouldn't even recommend trying to get an interview or future employment with this company to anyone.

A complete joke of an organization, had a first round interview and it went well for an admin position. Second round interview the man behind the office starts off by not shaking my hand (if your reading this this is what we would call unprofessional). Secondly had no idea of the position i was applying for and when i did tell him, he tells me it was filled.

Might i add i got a call the day before telling me to come in for a interview for that position. Just everyone do yourself a favor and find somewhere else more reliable and better place to work for.

I got hired by this company back in April, 2014 and I went to orientation or onboarding and there were 3 of us that were hired and the guy running the class says does anyone have any questions so I asked if at the end of my shift and nobody shows To relieve me, do I have to stay and how long do I have to stay and when will I get relieved? This must of been a soft spot for this guy So he had given us all ties to wear while we are working so he brings me in the other room and takes the tie from me and says you'll be hearing from us when we have an assignment to send you to.

Never heard from them again and of course I called and they never told me other than we don't have anywhere to send you. Does anybody think that was a legit question to ask? I never told them that I knew somebody who worked there and told me that could happen. So the moral of the story is watch what you ask for.

Wasted my time coming into an interview, waited over a month to hear back from someone then was told I would have to come in for ANOTHER interview. A year passes at this point and they wanted me to come in for ANOTHER interview. Place is a joke. They pick and choose who they'll hire and only respond to you when they're desperate. You give them what hours you can do and they expect you to pretty much be completely flexible with your schedule like we don't have lives.

Palladion has been a great company to work for as a residential concierge. For the past five years, they have provided me with all of the training and resources that I have needed to excel as a residential concierge at an amazing location. My supervisor and now my new manager regularly check in with me and provide me with pointed guidance and training that continues to enhance my work.

Every day is different and always very interesting. My fellow concierges are very professional, well-groomed, articulate and dedicated to delivering our top notch services to our residents (who really seem to love us!). I really respect everyone that I work with and am grateful for each person's contribution. We are on the front lines, so knowing that we can count on one another to keep our work moving forward seamlessly definitely keeps us achieving at our highest levels.

My hard work has been appreciated not just by my residents, but by my supervisor and new manager, too. I get a great sense of accomplishment from my work every day. If you are smart, well-organized, a good communicator and know how to get the job done, you'll love working for this great company. I continue to see a very bright future here for me.
