By far one of the worse businesses I have every dealt with. If you want to be frustrated, if you want the worse follow up service ever, if you want to hear a thousand excuses for why they did not sure up on the scheduled day, if you want to call 50 times to never receive a call back then hire this company. It also amazes me how a company like this can stay in business?

Multiple visits to twist and butt splice loose wires, hard drive came loose from the box and disconnected, wires hanging, asked for a dollar tip, drills holes with no containment underneath so your cleaning the rest of the day, family owned so watch out nobody to complain to, uses call services so nobody to talk to ever, used my ladder 2-days, system completely not working today.

I have pics if your interested, I don't need to lie now do I? Waiting on somebody to come back and fix it. I just assume take it out and let me start over. with somebody else. The one star reviews are very accurate in my opinion and I've done over $200,000 in renovations over the last 5-years.

Great work. Always on time and complete work at a good pace. Company employees are very friendly. Equipment used is good quality. I continue to use the service for over 5 years now.

When they came out they did a great job. The installer cleaned up after he was done. I highly recommend Platinum Vault. I will be using them again.

I had Stacey come to my Pre-School to give me an estimate for multiple security cameras. He came promptly with all of the safety precautions taken during the COVID Pandemic. I had been referred by another Pre-School that loved everything about his professionalism. I completely agree 100%! I just had my cameras installed & am so grateful for Platinum Vault to be the Co. that In chose! They are the very BEST & they cleaned up everything prior to their departure! THANK YOU STACEY!

I usually don't go straight to yelp and create a review based on emotions and I give each business or company time to resolve an issues or problem. I too have a business so I understand there are days that can be bad but my business tries to resolve it to make customer happy within reason. So this company was recommended to me for my business security camera system and I should have done the research before I made the decision to go with them.

They were NOT cheap and in the beginning of the installation they seemed to be responsive and made promises to get the work done and promised to answer any questions and problems after since we have a three years warranty. After the work was done and they got paid the tone was different. No instructions was left on the operation of the VCR. No instructions was left on how to download and operate the App used to view the cameras.

When calls were made to ask questions, I got just a hold of the receptionist who is pleasant but can only pass the message on. The main person and contact is Stacy who was not responsive and would say I'll call you back but forgets and no one could help resolve the issues. Mind you the camera system was installed about two years ago and I was patient enough to try to work with them and gave them the opportunity to fix the issues but got nothing.

Platinum Vault was very professional and very reasonable. I would recommend there services to anyone looking to fill more secure.

Hired Platinum Vault for a residential job. They were responsive during the quotation processes, but once they got the job, it was downhill. Unfortunately, Stacey's demeanor and unresponsiveness made it incredibly difficult and frustrating to work with him. Stacey is arrogant, doesn't listen to the customer, and only wants to get the job completed with as minimum effort as possible. After-service is non-existent. I had issues after installation and it proved impossible to get a hold of Stacey. No response to emails or phone calls. Incredibly frustrating.

Stacy is the best. He really helped me last time I needed assistance for my cameras. Now, I just call the office and make an appointment to get the help I need! You can trust Stacey with all your camera issues. He is completely on top of all the idiosyncrasies of the older systems too! The mistake I have made in the past was to call for help without an appointment. These folks are really busy with service so making an appointment with the office is essential. If you make this effort you will never have an issue with Platinum Vault!

I got my cameras a couple months ago. They did a good job i can see my cameras while I'm at work thru my phone or tablet

Don't believe any of those google reviews. This company is one of the worst around. Not sure how he stays in business. I used them for my company and home and they never return calls the work they do is terrible. Any review that has more than one star is a friend or the company people that have written the review. Do yourself a favor call a reputable company.

We're very happy with our six camera system and Platinum's after-sales support has been great. Pricing was very competitive.

Be careful doing business with this company. The customer service is terrible. Once you have purchased the system you cannot get in touch with anyone. A switchboard operator will answer, take a message and say someone will call back but they never do. The system itself is good but the service is terrible.

Stacey is awesome! These guys are very professional. I called their major competitor Los Angeles CCTV Security Cameras. The guy at LA Security was abrupt, rude, and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Actually said, "He wasn't going to make any money on my job". Evidently, buying four cameras is not enough business for the guys at Los Angeles Security. So, I bought my 4 cameras from Platinum.

Better cameras, better quote, better everything, very professional installation by George and Isaac! Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them. Isaac even trouble shot an issue with my cell phone not related to the install. These guys are smart and competitive. Don't go anywhere else!
