Not the best experience at all. Outdoor camera got moisture and they had to replace it two times. One time we had a doorbell fall apart so they replaced it. Our 3 years term is almost done and we will be switching to another company as they do not provide new equipment for new 3 years renewal and at the same time are not responsible for the old equipment (warranty expires).

Also mentioned they would charge $99 for a service call when equipment fails. In case of termination they would charge $35 for each month that is left by not providing any warranty on old equipment or brand new equipment. I asked how about if i call you as a new customer (after agreement is over) or if I don't have provided earlier equipment anymore and they said there is no way I will get any. I mentioned that you did not leave me any choice but going to another place but they said it is up to me. Stay away from them.

Probably THE worst system I've ever had in my house. Since installing my security system (a year ago), I've literally had the service techs at my house close to a dozen times, for issues with cameras that stopped working, front doorbell camera not working, front doorbell not working, and the last 4 visits on the actual doorbell not working, humming, installing a electricity reducer, and now removing it, only to have the system "humming" again. they can never get it right.

Because I signed a 3 year contract, I'm bound to it. I can confidently tell you that once it's up, I'm done with them, and their awful customer service to boot. Calling into their call center is another treat you wont like, because you're told that the system doesn't work properly, and its probably from something YOU did. like arm it. Once a service visit requested, you have to wait 2 weeks! 2 weeks! Ugh! So, in short, no advantage here for this service, and have yet to be impressed. Go to the next one & hope you get better treatment from them, cause you get it here. Period.
