Professional Alarm has helped with two locations now, and each project they have been very responsive, flexible with multiple changes & even solving the ocassional conundrum. What I really appreciate is their communication which is very clear, so there is full understanding of what to expect. They are a company that you are happy to call because they will ensure that you are taken care of quickly, and will address your questions in a way that you will understand pros, cons, etc. of the project. Amazing people.

Professional alarm always takes care of me whenever I need anything. I rest easy knowing they handle the alarm system at my home.

Can't seem to cancel service. Notified them in June or last of May that we had sold our home and that the sale would be finalized June 28, so to cancel service. charged for July and notified them again when we saw the charge on our credit card in August. Charged again for August. Not very happy with these folks. Also, had changed an outside door and requested stickers showing we had an alarm system to put on the new doors (several years back), but NEVER were those stickers delivered. Aarrgghh!

Outstanding customer service and experience! They accommodate to whatever security or fire alarms needs you have and answer your questions making it much easier. You will get an actual person that is passionate and knows about alarm systems. You don't find great customer service like this in many companies anymore. Give them a call. You will be happy you did.

I saw the other review and I couldn't disagree more Craig came to our home on a Saturday gave us a really quick and easy quote he answered all our questions even about other alarm companies I've spoken to several and this was by far the easiest no hidden fees conversation I've ever had I think the rates are very competitive we are going to save up and then use this company
